I would suggest you to have it but not upload it initially. If at any point, the university asks you about it, just send it to them and explain your whole situation.

WS Yes it is possible but for that you have to back your interest with a strong CV in which you may add related courses or other activities you did related to the field you are applying for. For this you will have to tell Parma University to cancel your pre-enrolment and at the same time contact the new university and tell them that you want to pre-enrol in the program you have been accepted in.

I am sorry for that. In my case, I didn't un enrol at my previous university until my enrolment at my new university was finalized. By doing this, at no point of time, I was not enrolled in any university. Thankfully, my visa was valid at that time and before applying for residence permit renewal, I passed an exam at my new university which was the requirement.

Yes. Last year, due to covid reasons, it was announced 'not mandatory' but still it proved important for those who had it. Otherwise, it was mandatory in previous years and most probably will be from this year on.

bro sorry to say, this is misguiding. rules are not so simple to switch the academic year. The is a clear rule of the ministry of Education that to change the university or academic year, you have to apply for a new visa and pre-enrollment. and you have to go back to your country for obtaining a new visa. your case is a bit easy because of sant anna honour student and a valid reason for the Italian language. but I know you are still waiting for your renewal of your resident permit and they will ask the question for sure. please call me for clarification 😉
I already received my residence permit on 8th March and all I needed was to show them that I have passed at least one exam in my new university. And yes I have mentioned that for me it was relatively easier and is complicated otherwise. Will call you soon.
