Sir shift 1 was easy in compare of shift 2. Both paper in shift 2 took a large time. I think shift 2 students score less marks than shift 1 due to it normalization will favour shift 2.

You can give exam now onwards btw UGC guidelines suggest that one can start appearing in last year of Graduation and needs to Submit PG Degree after the declaration of Result of UGC NET within 2 Years
