    Hi Megan, thanks a million for a great series of videos, helped me pass the MB-220 exam 😁😁. Any plans for an update to this video, I'd love to see your thoughts on Real-Time Segments now. Thanks!

      Agreed because I tried to add an existing segment to another segment and I got an error.. Realtime segments still isn't ready

    We have started exploring the real time marketing features but not really blown away (as an org that doesn't use text messages etc) we wanted to use the A/B testing features on the journey and also liked the UI for building the journey better than outbound marketing but it is really annoying in RTM that you can't use swimlanes and/or target multiple segments. The other thing we found useful is conditional content, it's a shame its only available in RTM as it seems very limited atm. Seems we need to stick to outbound for now!

    This A - Z is so helpful, thank you! Has there been any updates on segments in real time marketing yet? I'm looking to set up an email-based customer journey for some low warm leads (asked for info 3months + ago but not un-subed). I'm wondering if real time or outbound is the best place to do this as we currently don't have the consent part of real time set up.

      Hi Kessie, I guess it depends. Do the Leads have a Contact record linked to them? If not, your only option would be Real-time Marketing. Legally that's for you to determine how you got those records and if it was because someone filled out a form that stated specifically what they were signing up to and agreeing too. Ultimately building the segment is the easiest part, once you have determined what kind of consent someone has given.

    Hello Megan, thank you for the videos.
    I had a real-time marketing journey starting with the form submission.
    Now I want to filter customers based on the link they clicked on the email, but I need help finding real-time marketing email interactions on behavioral queries on the segment.
    do you know if it is possible to do that?

      Hi Elly, sorry for the delay in responding. Currently no, that doesn't exist in the RTM segment builder, but take a look at this item from Wave 1 2023, it is coming learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/release-plan/2023wave1/marketing/dynamics365-marketing/leverage-interaction-data-improve-targeting-using-re-designed-segmentation-builder
