Truly astounded that I spent 3 hrs looking up how to do this, and the only video that actually gets it to work is a muted video by someone who has 40 subscribers. I have no clue why it was this hard.
unable to link from lib folder. Tried from dll's in bin folder and didn't work either. I watched a video a month ago that setup up vs code with sfml and it worked but I can no longer get it to work and can't find the video. I must be missing a step. The video had me create include and lib folders and put the corresponding files from SFML folder and copy paste the bin files (dll's) into same directory where main.cpp was located. Used task.json to setup compiler and it worked then but not now. vs code can't find SFML/Graphics.hpp

I cannot thank you enough i have been struggling with sfml setup for so long if i could give 1k subs to you i would. But a quick question is there a faster way of actually excuting the code because everytime i update the code i have to link it again
tweaking for what? it didn't work for me, it sais : cannot find -lsfml-graphics c:/mingw/bin/../lib/gcc/mingw32/6.3.0/../../../../mingw32/bin/ld.exe: cannot find -lsfml-system

@@theknight7302 Yes it is true. Moreover, I am installing and using mingw64 and it works as well. I can not use -lmingw64. VScode said cannot find it. So I'm not sure was it works on 64 bit ??

@@asamiri i think its because he wrote "-lmingw" instead of "-lmingw32"

it show fatal error : SMFL/Graphics.hpp : no such file directory. How to solve it?
in my opinion you have to write main.cpp main.o

for me it returns a lot of undefined things like: main.o:main.cpp:(.text+0x7c): undefined reference to `_imp___ZN2sf6StringC1EPKcRKSt6locale'
