Ok, some of these sound pretty good. I've been itching to get my hands on some more fantasy novels and expanding my shelf a little bit outside of Sanderson and Gaiman. Good stuff!
Hi there. Those books sound really cool. I will be focusing on listening to the audiobook versions of the Bands of Mourning by Brandon Sanderson and the Lost Metal. After that, on the 9th of January, the 19th volume of the A Certain Scientific railgun manga series will be released and on January the 16th, the audiobook versions of the 8th volume of the Spice and Wolf light novel series will be released. After that, on January the 30th, the audiobook version of the third volume of the Full Metal Panic light novel series will be released. Also, I am currently on chapter 8 out of 31 of the audiobook the Bands of Mourning by Brandon Sanderson. Maybe at the end of next week, I will be ready to start listening to the Lost Metal, unless I get distracted by another book.

Coming out in the middle of January, so I'm hoping to get it for my birthday in the beginning of Faebruary. ❤ I've just finished Divine rivals and started Ruthless Vows that just came out. ❤ planning to read The Sword of Kaigen and reread The Fionavar Tapestry trilogy, Piranesi and Spinning Silver. Hoping to finish The Last Unicorn that I started a long time ago but never finished for unclear reasons. Ordered the new Sarah J Maas book and the third Robin Hobb trilogy for my birthday ❤❤
@the_fools_tale I'm really looking forward to it. 🥰 Have you read The Fionavar Tapestry by Guy Gavriel Kay? Iconic beautiful and also a dark fantasy with a King Arthur world. WoT must have been inspired by it!
@the_fools_tale do! I love his forest magic, gods, and also norse inspiration. It's almost like a fairytale fantasy, but with modern people from our world being transported to that medieval world. Truly unique. Written 1984! I thought it was written earlier...have to check now when WoT was written. Ah yes, 1990. It's funny because I read The Fionavar Tapestry just after I finished the WoT series, and I was like, I recognize that, and that, but oh these books are written way before WoT 😅
