hello sir i have applied for correction but as you get refrence id .i got in the end that it will be sent on my email but i dont know which email was used to register my voter card please tell how to track without it or tell me how to know that which email is linked with my card

Log in your NVSP portal then click on the dasboard on the top of the right corner. now you can see your ref. no then copy or save any other place .
