Go for pad 6, flagship chipset will give you smooth experience. I have been using samsung budget tab a 10.1 for almost 3 years and since the day I have bought it, it really sucks at multitasking. Like you open more than 2 tabs it will start lagging and refreshing at every point. Although it has tft display but believe me display quality is amazing as compared to Xiaomi pad6. I bought Xiaomi pad 6 a month ago and it feels so smooth while multitasking and of course for multimedia experience. Samsung will lag after 6 months but Xiaomi with sd 870 chipset is good to buy.

If you want tab for long term then go for ipad 9 gen and also you cant find pad 6 alternative pencil but 9 gen have lot of options and sketching is also good in ipad
