On paper, Gigi, being that she's going to be a senior next year and the only one left of '22 (unless others return), looks best qualified for the captain position. It would be similar situation to Cialah because she was the only one left of '19 after Amber left. However, Laneia raised a really, and I do mean really, strong crab class. There really isn't weak link and I can definitely see the potential of a 2-year captain. And you hit it right on the nail about Kayla, she is serving in that Ace spot.

We like to see people grow as leaders so I can see that for 23’. Only reason I didn’t mention Amber and Cialah’s years because they are from the same crab class, but similar to KG and Kristen, I can see LeLe or Jkay leading and Gigi being the strongest and oldest vet.
