Hi, I had this surgery on 10/22/24 and I am doing well. Do you know how they are planning to do the surgery? My biggest was 5cm and they did robotic myomectomy not an open myomectomy. I really recommend advocating for yourself and asking your doctor to do it robotically. If your doctor can't find someone that does it. They advertise it as a minimal invasive myomectomy. I will say 2 months before the surgery I got on a very tight work out routine and ate only fish, turkey, chicken and veggies. I also stop drinking. A week before I began slowing down on eating and taking gas ex so that I wouldn't have the terrible gas pains that everyone talk about. I had 3 removed and 1 was in my abdominal wall. Pray about it but to be honest I have more energy and my first period after was drastically lighter. The hardest thing is bending after surgery so the one thing i had a hard time doing was washing clothes getting them in and out of the machines. The thing that helped the most was doing a grocery haul the day before surgery seasoning my meals and freezer bagging them. Just made a few of my favorites and put them in the air fryer most days. The first week I ate alot of fruit, soup and salad though.
Of course I don't know your situation but YOU CAN HEAL FIBROIDS WORHOUT SURGERY. I had this amen surgery, 5 lbs of fibroids but if I had know that I could heal naturally I would have. Plant based, juice, smoothies. Look at channel What Chelsea Eats and other that deal with reducing fibroids. Tins of info there. You are on the right track. Never have surgery Ears our eating habits that cause these. Too much protein and starch. Habits passed on thru generation. Pray.
@@debology4u776 I totally believe I can heal myself. I healed myself of lupus. I can heal myself of fibroids. Thank you for your kind words of encouragement.

That’s actually good to hear. Mine that’s scheduled is not robotic. I haven’t canceled yet but learning more towards pushing it back a few months.
@DarleneCharise keep us posted even if you don't have surgery. My concern now is trying to make sure they don't come back.
