Thanks. I have a TCONT 624 who's front screen looks the same as 724. If I remove the cover of the thermostat to do dust cleaning, will it erase the various settings and installer settings?
Thanks for the run thru. We recently bought a house with this system, today it is showing a “humidifier alarm” on the main screen, when I go to the menu it gives me the option to clear it. System holding temp and humidity. Could it be because it snowed and tripped it out with the temperature change? Or maybe a water supply issue?
Can you tell me how to download and install updates for the 624 thermostat? The furnace technicians give me a blank stare when I ask and the thermostat seems to have a software issue. I have had it for 8+ years now with no upgrades.

Hi, I have the same thermostat. The heat turns off by itself every few minutes. What do you think the issue is?
