Thank you so much for this video! I'm always looking for Aliexpress dp hauls, but they're hard to find. I definitely am gonna give this shop a try, their canvas look amazing, not 1 river! I would love to see how one of them looks when you're finished... Thank you again! Looking forward for more videos 😁💜💎
The homfun kits are good but I'd recommend buying at the very least 30x40 or 40x50 canvases because 20x20 with a picture that has lots of details will be pixelated a lot and not much detail. If you bought them to do them quickly - ok but if you wanted to have something more good looking that you can later put on your wall, that's what I'd recommend size wise.
I was going to order something from ali express but they are requesting that I send them a copy my ID and Credit card. did you have to do this when you signed up for an account with them? I really want some of the prints that they have on aliexpress but this seems a little sketchy to me.
That is sorta weird, I didn't have to do that. I just had to put in my email and then make a password, and then I did have to verify my email I believe by just clicking on the link they sent me to my email
Can u remove the white paper stuff and replace with reusable cover sheets I ordered from AliExpress first time mine normally come with the plastic sheet I’ve ordered bigger ones and square
No I didn't, I've done about 2/3 only so far and haven't had any bad drills! I think you might be fine, I wouldn't worry too much and just wait and see!
I wish there was some way that you could choose which items you wanted to come with your painting instead of them just sending the basic kit. Because right now so many people have accumulated so much of those items that they do not need them and it's wasteful. I understand that some people need the kit who've never diamond painted and don't have these items but maybe they should give you options.
Actually you can make use of them. If you have a diamond painting that has lots and lots of different colors next to each other and you'd need to literally take few diamonds to make a small dent in your canvas, you can make use of the standard kits. All you do is pour enough diamonds to each tray from different colors, making sure you have them placed with the right number/symbol baggie or plastic container. This helps you to use them instantly instead of pouring each diamonds individually each time you need to do another color. Mostly situations like this are when you have leaves or colorful canvases with small details.
I’ve heard some people put mod podge like a thin layer on the section you’re working on and diamond dotz also has an adhesive called “Dotz stick”! I haven’t had this issue personally so I’m not too sure what else there is but I think looking it up here in TH-cam you might be able to find other options! (:
Same. I used to buy off of Diamond Art Club and they were super expensive. I just bought my first painting from Ali Express and 3 more from Peggybuy. The prices are so good. Still waiting for them to come in. I started my own diamond painting small business during the pandemic on Mercari. It's going well so far and I work fast. So Im excited for the future. I graduate from high school this year, and I need money for college. :)
@@rebeccaa9257 I don’t frame them only because then it gets harder to package and ship out to a potential buyer. I always incorporate the information on sizing for a buyer so they know what frame they can use for displaying. I love DP and I was like these are beautiful but sometimes it’s frustrating for a person to do or it takes a long time for them to finish. So I decided why not finish for them so it’s already completed and on the bright side I finish them very fast. So I jumped on it and made the investment. 😌

Hey how long did they take to arrive
How long did it take you to receive your order

I never had to put in my Id or credit card details don't sound right at all
That sounds kinda dangerous. Is it a seller that requested this?
They all look nice! Did you finish the round one yet?
Not yet! I've been slacking on diamond painting lately /:
@@dpwithre9726 We all need a break sometimes... Take your time!
I also bought from him and I am waiting for it to come I am so exited

Yes you can. You can reuse the white paper though. I save the paper to use with kits that come with a plastic sheet.
Hi. Did you found any oil in the drills?. I have heard some people got oily drills from homfun and i just ordered from them :(
No I didn't, I've done about 2/3 only so far and haven't had any bad drills! I think you might be fine, I wouldn't worry too much and just wait and see!
i did about 10 of them, and none of these had oily drills. In all of these, 4 packets had drills that stuck together, but no static and no oil

What do you do when a part of the canvas is dried? Like no stick at all.

@@rebeccaa9257 Yes. I finish the piece then sell them on Mercari
