Bro i have learned web development(front-end) and some other programming language like python, Arduino c, nodejs and mongodb, but problem is that i have no any cs degree and current market situation of it sector is too worst, few companies are hiring and they demand cs degree as well as good skillset, now i am very frustrated 🥴 what i do next? Unacademy mai 90% teacher government job quit karke students ko padha rahe hai ,aur teachers ko puchne par ki aapne government job kyun quit kiya toh teacher bolte hai woh mera passion nahi tha teaching mera passion hai .
Reality is the money. When they get stability financially, then govt job is not required so they quit (also they will be getting more or equal amount of money through unacademy coaching).
I worked in the private sector and then I got a govt. Job. The in-hand salary is Rs 38,000 excluding PF. Meanwhile, I also have a team which I manage privately to develop my online business. As govt. job is stable and doesn't need much effort in comparison to private jobs so I am managing both in a decent way. You will be surprised that the money which I am making with my business is thrice my govt job salary. Conclusion ye hai ki aap kuch bhi Karo but agar growth ka mindset hoga toh growth hoga. Karne wale kar hi lete Hain woh govt. private nahi karte. I also knew ki in pvt. sector 1.5 Cr tak ki bhi salary milti hai but, waise kaam mein stress bhi utna hi hota hai. It's your decision whether you want a lot of money including stress. Or, you want decent money without any stress. One of my friends has a salary of 36 LPA but he rarely gets time to spend for his family.

The bitter truth is that those who didn't succeed in government exams is because they are not consistent with preparation. They don't practice rigorously through mocks and PYQ and in the end, they don't take accountability for their failure and start giving excuses of fewer vacancies, high cutoff, etc. But the reality is there is cut-through competition out there. You have to give out your best and what it demands to ace the exam. Forget about clearing government exams if you are not disciplined and focused in your daily routine to succeed in government exams.
If you don't work hard and prepare with full effort somebody out there working hard and he/she will surpass you and get selection as we know only a few thousand people will get selection among lakhs of aspirants preparing.
Don't be complacent in your preparation. Prepare vigorously and be consistent. Don't take a single day off.

Kitna bhi kar lo, aayenge to 10 lakh mein se 1-2 hazaar hi. That is 0.1 per cent. Uske baad inhi politicians ke neeche kaam karna. Go for private sector or create your own start up. Sky will be the limit. Future does not belong to govt jobs.

My friend got package of 14 lakh and i got government job our mla call me on his House and facilitate me not him. Gov job is not just a job for middle-class its recognition and proud thing that give him status in society 😇
