Yeah I think it's a fair assumption most players are too likely to prioritize equity denial on the flop over protecting xb range and so they bet very merged. Their bluff catchers are all more or less indifferent, though regardless of bet size when you probe turn. You might find if you OB turn two or three times that you value-own someone on the third probe.

It isn't hard to balance if every combo is B150 turn.
