This is the second video from my Kansai trip, but I decided to publish it first.
One of K-ON fans and my viewer suggested to walk in Toyosato town and specifically Toyosato Elementary school. So I walked from Toyosato station.
After the school I went to Kawase station through rural Toyosato with rice fields, small shrines and few cats🐱🐱.

I like to imagine the characters have run through these streets, have sat on those chairs, have touched those trees. And I’m weirdly sad.

@@jeus_saaa woudnt it be interesstin having a spin off k-on series what plays maybe 10 years later about a new K-on club and yui or ui is the a music teacher what supporting the club and you get some cameos of the k-on member fromer members what they doing now?
I'm very surprised that the music room connects directly to the concert hall, thats very important detail.
it is in the show as well, you can notice it mostly i think in season 2 episode 7?
Same!! That's such a nice detail I haven't noticed before. And true, this gives nice context for 2x7 as well! For some reason I didn't even notice that this was the little concert hall they did use for the tea party at in that episode.
Finally, for 1:31:51 seconds, I can be a K-ON! character. My dream has come true, thank you, Rambalac.

K-on will forever be one of those timeless classics that just resonates fun, simplicity and charm much like Studio Ghibli's work. Every character was special and so was the location and you've only made us appreciate it even more so. But even so these places are historical and deserve to be explored because the halls are filled with so much memories from different people across decades. From students first stepping foot on campus to them achieving their first awards or recognitions, to the class clown getting in trouble for a prank or a festival held for the community to all the graduates advancing toward their future. If the walls could speak what stories would be hear! Thank you.

31:10 You really should have walked inside of that smaller building. It has a cafe, a shop, and a display of absolutely every single piece of k-on merchandise in existence, it's VERY extensive. I probably spent more time in that building just looking at all the items than in the actual school.
I can't believe it exists for real! This gave me such nostalgia! I'm going to rewatch K-On!

Owhh its warmed my heart, to see they memories still exist even on 2019, the club room, cake and tea on the table like still fresh and warm from mugi, even the costume. feeling sad when the story progress move forward, enjoy the anime made time and story feel so fast, two season not enough, first iam was hoping the anime will like time loop anime type, like Doraemon, or detective conan. still sad to see azunyan's face when she cry.
Good taste. I walked around Toyosato too a couple of months ago. Sure, reliving K-ON is nice, but my favorite moment was taking a walk around the town and looking across the rice fields at the antique houses and the mountains in the background while feeling the cool fresh breeze. Never thought a small little town in the middle of nowhere had such beautiful everyday scenery.
The auditorium was beautiful and clean too. Too bad you didn't enter it.
KyoAni... I'm crying
My cousins showed me K-On! when I was 7 or so, and after they had just finished bawling their eyes out (All Male and about 19 for refference) but I never finished it or understood the subtitles. All I knew is that it makes me feel something that I can't describe. 5 years later, I choose to watch it again, and jesus fucking christ I cried three times. The seniors' last school festival, the movie's ending, the last episode. I never thought I'd have this much emotional attachment to anything, but I never want to forget this show, and how great it makes me feel. I've told my family that if we ever go to Japan, I need to go to Toyosato on multiple occasions. I need to go. It just feels right, and it just needs to be done. There's no other reason to it

I like to think that Kakifly (K-ON author) studied here when he was a kid. K-ON has some great realism, a lot of places actually exist in real life. Especially the movie areas. These small details really make me love this series so much more.

This is my first anime with which I started my love for Japan and my interest in anime in general. On the first day of my arrival in Japan, I took the time to visit Toyosato.

WOW to think such beautiful places would actually exist. Love how calm and peaceful that village is in real life too. Beautiful houses, and architecture, and no honking or traffic jams.

i really tried not to cry this time. i was going to watch the video and just enjoy the great footage and the amazing tour and feel the happiness... but the echoes in the halls got me. there were echoes of thousands of voices we will never hear that are gone forever. thank you rambalac.

The Light Music club room looks bigger than I thought. Such a wonderful place. It's funny how that old guy with the dog tried to grill you suddenly, even tried to speak English. The people there seem quite very friendly.

I've been listening to all their songs today and this showed up in my recommendation. I'm glad it did. Seeing the Light music club in real life with the table and props of tea and cakes just pulls my heartstrings. Made me wanna watch the show again for the nth time.

This is awesome! Please do more things like this. I think there are more actual places in Japan that got popular because of a certain anime. I can't think of any in particular right now though. I think the setting in Tamako Market for example can be a great place to check as well. Anyway, love your videos!

A lot of birds chattering away in the background! The old school(the turtles on the handrails!) was interesting, but it looks like they didn't invest much money into making it a real tourist attraction.

I'm totally disappointed that i decided to move on from this....
wow.. so the jazz club room was next to Keionbu room, and in the show HTT used it for tea party mio fanclub. What a great information, aaaa.. so nostalgic.. its warmed my heart, when u enter the club room and seeing the tea set on the tabble, it feels like they (HTT) was there :').

When I was there I found a guitar next to the stage. Of course I took the chance and posed with that for some pics. ^^ And outside on the school sports ground the kids from the school across formed some kind of figure for some helicopter pictures. Was so sweet. ^^
