Just wanted to let you know that you are the literal only reason I bought No Limits 2. I got the demo and decided it was too complicated for me to dedicate that much time to learn. With 3 of these guides I am building some pretty good rides. They are no where near yours, but they work. I have noticed its all just little tricks and knowing where to move points and where to adjust stuff. I went from not even knowing how to place track or open a park to building some of my favorite coasters. Thanks so much for these videos dude they help out so much.
Thank you so much that’s means so much to me!! I’m glad I could help out!! And I’m glad you’re finding more joy in the designing process than you thought!! Let me know if you start to upload these designs!
glad to see u making tutorials iv had nolimits for a while but havent gotten around to using it because i couldn’t find an adequate tutorial so thank you
When i first got it i was having alot of trouble understanding how everything worked, so I naturally searched for many tutorials and suggestions, however I actually ended up learning best by just simply using the software and messing around. You'll learn as you put more time into it.
@theyojo is correct, everything I have learned and showed in both of my tutorials are self taught things, things I’ve picked up over the many years of using it! 😁
I haven't watched through all of this because it is a long video this was extremely helpful to see how you make a launch and how you approach your roll points. I am used to playing and making content for planet coaster but I love the realistic feel that you get with these coasters. Great job with how this coaster turned out. Can't beat a good intamin launch. Just subbed. I hope to be making some No Limits content as well once I get more used to the game
I understand the length of it is excessive 🤣 I tried to make it as short as possible but I wanted to explain everything I could and next thing I knew BAM 2 and a half hours 🤣 thank you for the sub! I’m also a fan of your channel! I enjoy watching your planet coaster designs! I’ve been subbed for quite a bit! 😁 more tutorials will come down the line and I will probably do them in TH-cam shorts rather than giving me freedom of record time 🤣
I'm so early .. but your videos really helped me I'm getting my first pc soon and I am looking into getting no limits so I thank u for really teaching me how to play this😌 .
Thank you for watching and being inspired more to get it! Go for it! If you have any questions shoot them my way! I would love to see what designs you come up with! 😁
Thank you! I try to make them as easy to understand as possible! Page up and page down are on the keyboard, atleast for me, if you don’t have those keys I would check out the setup menu and see what the hot keys are! Hope this helps if not let me know!
Do you have a solution for a bug I keep running into, The last vertex will twist to 45 degrees, it’s not a problem until I connect the last two vertexes?
Okay, so if I’m understanding correctly, click on the part that you connected the last 2 vertex’s (the part that’s 45degrees.) and separate them, then click on a random node to pull up the menu for angling your track. Once that’s up click on the the 2 separated vertex’s. When you click on them, on the node tab you should be able to set them back to 0 degrees then reconnect them! 😁 hopefully this helps, if it doesn’t help or I misunderstood let me know I’ll try again! 🤣
removing track you simply click on the vertex and press delete on your keyboard! For banking, you use the green nodes under the track menu and to make it simple once you place it on the track, double click it and select no lateral g's that will automatically bank the track! Hopefully this helps if it doesnt please let me know!
if you look up NoLimits2 Mods you can find the file for the new gen Intamin Track! and once you find that you can follow the tutorial! if you cant find it let me know and ill shoot you a link to get to the files!
@@cartcody so i put the files into NL2 And the Vekoma Style that i added works, but the issue is that i need the intamin track style to be able to use the new crossties. do you have a link where i can get the Intamin Track style. and thank you so much you have helped me so much 🙏
@@cartcody hey I did some digging and already found what I needed. Thank you so much for your help I really appreciate it and hope you have a great rest of your day!
@@cartcody thanks and cartcody next time if you do a tutorial vid again can you please do an rmc and go over the basic and classic elements you find on an rmc, great vid tho
Typically it should only be laggy if you do it while g force combs are on or if you have a large section selected when doing it. I usually go back and forth with combs on and off so I can adjust. But it also depends on your computer as well! Hope this was able to help!
So you can hold control, and select each vertices you want to select or select just click and drag over a section to select multiple and then hold control and click the ones you want to deselect! I hope this helps!
After you make 2 separators you can double click the track section you want to be a tunnel and there’s a tunnel option then when you freeze you will see it
There’s a no limits like spreadsheet you can find I can’t remember where but if you look up “NoLimits 2 heartlines” you should see it but it also has a sheet for max turn radius for each style and everything! I hope this helps!

Thanks! Could you make a tutorial on how to make a switch track? (Like your Pantheon recreation)
Can I point out the fact that the first thing he said was the first tutorial was extensive being 2 hours and this one is 2 and a half lol

Is it possible to actually become a coaster designer with no limits 2? because it has the prof dlc
30:57 how do you remove the type separates?
I clicked on it, and hit my delete key! 😁
I probably should have explained that in the tutorial, but it’s such a small thing I didn’t even think about it! 🤣 but hopefully this helps! 😁

How can you remove a track if you did a mistake? and how can you bank coasters bc i just got nolimits

how did you manage to get the modern intamin track type?

thanks for the tutorial very helpful, probably stupid questions but, how do you undo things and how do you delete vertex's?
undo is ctrl + z and to delete vertex's you just click the delete key while having the vertex selected

What is the button to multi select vertices? I know all the basics except that.
So you can hold control, and select each vertices you want to select or select just click and drag over a section to select multiple and then hold control and click the ones you want to deselect! I hope this helps!
