In this video, I will share the diseases and Pests management plan for mung crop.
Summer sown mung beans crop may be infested by different types of pests and diseases such as;
Sucking pests: Whitefly, jassid, mealy bugs, spinola bug, thrips etc.
Chewing pests: Army worm, pods borer etc.
Fungal diseases: Stem rot, root rot, brown spots, downy mildew, wilting etc.
All these pests and diseases need to be controlled in order to get a good average yield from the mung crop.
