I'll try not to compare her, because Ale is Ale, but in that last part of the song, her bass playing reminded me to a young Steve Harris in Iron Maiden's debut and self titled album in 1980; so much power, so much youth, so much agressiveness and so much future in her (as well as her sisters). In the future we are going to see Ale as one of the best bassist in rock and roll history.
Interestingly I said it a couple of days before that I have been a huge Steve fan since the early 80s but Ale is taking over that place. She's absolutely great!
Love Pau singing along (well mimicking) and throwing out the "death stare" as she does. Totally cool. Love the performance and wish I was there. The crowd was totally at their mercy.
I've pointed that out too, how she often times is mouthing the words even when she isn't actually singing, I think in a comment on the Sinister Smiles video. She just can't help it. :-)
In their Covid Concert, they make fun of Pau and her mic, stating that they have to turn it off, or down, because she either sings or talks too loud. I thought it was hilarious. As for her stare.. yeah, she pulls it off nicely. You can tell she is feeding off the energy from the audience.

If you absolutely forced me to pick one song to play for people new to The Warning, this is the one. They are absolutely on fire here. A three-minute rocket ride of rock and roll brilliance. Ale and Pau, in particular, are incredible in that last 20 seconds or so. Fast, loud and perfectly locked in.
As much as I love the entire QOTMS l/p, Dull knives is my fav, by far! 3 mins of mind numbing, face melting, head banging, full on old school *ss kicking, only to leave you wanting MORE! It has to be seen to be appreciated!
I love The Warning! They are what they dreamed of becoming...Rock Stars!!! And so young. The world will find them...eventually. But I will always treasure this time....the time when I was one of the few in the world who loved and appreciated them before they became "famous."

This morning my thoughts turned to power rock trios with a BIG sound. I thought of Cream (England), Rush (Canada), and The Warning (Mexico). I couldn't think of one with such a huge sound as a trio from the US. Then I looked on Wikipedia. They have a long list of rock power trios including some bands that were temporarily trios. I know there are many good ones on that list, but the three I mentioned all have produced amazing music with a large sound. Then I looked under the 'T's for The Warning. There were several "The..." band names, and I happened to notice that the 'T's were horribly out of alphabetical order. Also, I didn't see The Warning there!!! I was SO ready to go in and add them, even though it would have made me very late for work, especially since, as a perfectionist, I would have felt compelled to put all the 'T's in alphabetical order! But then, I saw "The Warning". Oddly, someone had listed them under 'W'. If they hadn't been listed on that page, it would have been a travesty that would have needed to be corrected right away! But they were there, and I made it to work on time.

I will regret to the day I die that I wasn't at this show. It must have been just Awesome to be there that night. The girls were all so amped up, feeding off the crowd, and the crowd getting even more involved in reaction to their performance. This is exactly what a live rock concert should be like.
