While m listening all things that ma'am has said my confidence is becoming high at same time m nervous too bcz ...most of the candidates are from IITs , iims , some candidates from high profile jobs .....now the point is that ...will I be able to compete with those candidates out there as m simply botany graduate student !!😢
Just think the other way round , after studying in iit and iim they are coming to nabard , so that they can have a good work culture. Many of them might be applying for the perks that are being given along with job. While you as a botany student have a good chance to Crack it if you reach till the interview stage. Just be positive

What about law graduate joining through General Stream since NABARD doesn't recruit Legal officers as they do for Generalist stream every year. Whether law graduates will be designated roles with legal dept. Or as any other officer recruited through general stream ?
i am b.com hons graduate, i am preparing for banking and after research i found NABARD grade a course, the chances of clearing this exam is how much as i have no past experience of UPSC or SSC or agriculture?
NABARD is doing much wider things apart from supervising RRB's , Like developmental activities and Refinancing via various activities, So no significant change
