The look on that uncle's face at the 12.5 minute mark said it all, that look of "HOLY CRAP!" Medium rare is the way to go with steak, dear--any of us Texans will tell you the pinker the better! If ever I go to Singapore, I will add this steak house to my list of places to eat at that are not hawker stalls; it looks really clean and neat and comfy, with a friendly atmosphere. You're making me want to go there even more now!

I’ve eaten a tomahawk ribeye, and it was the most delicious steak I have ever eaten by far. Am I wrong in saying that tomahawk looked a little on the tough side. Whatever it was, you killed it again. Mad props. I love watching you eat these massive amounts of food with grace and beauty. Not easy to do while attempting these insane challenges. You are absolutely one of a kind. 👍
