  • the TOTAL LENGTH of our THREAD for the earring is about 2.2 m
    Step by step instructions for bead earrings. In this video, we will make boho beaded earrings with fringes. Beaded thread will need approximately 2.2 m, about 60 cm for the top of the earring and 1.6 m for beaded pendants I used Czech beads number 10, three colors, you can use other beads of any other colors - the result will always please you). The only thing is, I do not advise using Chinese beads - it is not even and the earrings turn out to be crooked. Czech beads, Toho beads size 11 and Delica are the most suitable types of glass beads for the best result and wonderful earrings! Do it with pleasure! Enjoy your beading!
    Materials used:
    Czech beads No. 10 or Toho beads number 11!
    nylon thread (total thread length approx. 2.2 m)
    bead needle
    hooks
    scissors
    round nose pliers or pliers

    important! the total length of our thread for the earring is about 2.2 m. For the upper part of the earring, it takes about 60 cm, the rest of the thread is used for beaded fringes

      @@ruvarashematsvayi6714 Thank you! No, for earrings with beaded fringes, I use exclusively synthetic beaded thread. It is with a beaded thread that I like how beaded fringes are obtained.

      Well this is good to read after my 4th time of starting the first part of the project, nearly completing it and having to cut it all up and get a bigger string, then finish it my 4th try and realize the 60cm was only for the top part and not have any string at all on the other end for the fringes 😭 that is very hard to see in the video, and I’ve been trying to make this for several days now. Oh well, it’s such a pretty pattern. I’ll just be trying it again.

    It's so much faster and easier to start from the top and work your way down doing brick stitch. if you start from the top, you don't have to worry about too many threads bulking up at the bottom when you add the fringes. I have been beading earrings this way for over 35 years and have made and sold hundreds and hundreds of earrings.

    • @BeautyBeadsLand
      @BeautyBeadsLand  ปีที่แล้ว +5

      hello. this is good. this is your way. I show how I work. I am comfortable with this option as I show. I do not like to drag a three-meter thread through the entire weaving when a meter and a half of it is intended for pendants. my twenty years of experience with beads in different weaving techniques gives me the right to choose exactly how I work. each needlewoman will try both your weaving method and mine, and even the way when weaving the first row and immediately pendants, and then the top. These are ways and variations. thank you for your opinion.and this is a good idea in terms of showing the viewers all three ways of weaving this type of earrings and then having tried all the ways, each one will choose the best for herself. everyone has his own path. Wish you all the best! have a nice day!

(only if it does not get confused, but you do not rush and straighten it, everything should work out for you).

    • @BeautyBeadsLand
      @BeautyBeadsLand  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Dear Dolly, each new row should decrease, the decrease is done as in brick weaving. Put the video in the speed settings - lower the speed so that it is convenient for you to see behind my hands. When we move to a new row, we pass the needle under the thread between the second and third columns of the previous row. Most likely the error is here. I wish you good luck with your beading. A little patience and you will succeed!

    • @BeautyBeadsLand
      @BeautyBeadsLand  10 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hello. do you mean that the earrings stick out, or that there are threads visible between the pendants and the upper triangle? when you make pendants, pull the last bead with one hand, pull the thread with the other, when the pendant is ready, you pull it with your hands several times, pull it out so that all the beads from the pendant lie exactly in their places and the whole thread is pulled out of the pendant. if the thread is beaded, then apart from looking for the correct thread tension during the manufacture of each pendant, there are no other recommendations. over time, you will quickly begin to feel how much you need to pull the thread, practice.

      hello!) of course yes!) it is possible and for 3 if you want very thin earrings))). I make earrings from 9 to 21 columns (and fringes). There are people who love wide earrings). In any case, you can make any number of odd ones, if you make an even number of columns, then you will have to bring the thread up for weaving, and if you do it exactly according to the technique as I showed in the video, then any odd number of columns is suitable. 😉💐

    Once you complete the top half, how do you "rethread" the needle to do the fringe? that seems to be skipped over
    and I don't intuitively see how to.

    • @BeautyBeadsLand
      @BeautyBeadsLand  11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      no, there are no rough transitions. just put in the needle that part of the thread that you originally left in the tail when you made the first row of the triangle. that is, when we pick up the first 4 beads, we advance them along the thread by about 80 cm, leave the long part of the thread for pendants in the tail, and we ourselves make a triangle. if you cut the thread for the pendants, then just add an extra thread. there is a video with the addition of an additional thread that may come in handy

      unfortunately this happens. Sometimes the seed beads are to blame, sometimes the seed beads are not even and because of them the entire beaded fringe is bent. sometimes we tighten the thread too much. I don't know of any other reasons, unfortunately.

      for this type of earrings you need to use a thin beaded thread. since we pass the thread several times through the same bead, the bead may crack due to the thickness of the thread. so we use fine synthetic beaded thread. bead thread diameter 0.1 mm
