Fried chicken skin or fried chicken gizzards may sound unappetising, especially when compared to chicken wings, drumsticks or fillet steaks, but they are actually a delicacy often eaten by many locals with friends and beer.
Here in dist. 6 is 1 small food stall serving these snacks with around 45 cents- 70 cents/ portion of 100g. Being deep- fried in lots of oil- the skin & gizzards are getting very flavourful and crispy, with a hint of spiciness lingering on the tongue after every bite. It's no surprise that many people find them irresistible.
Just like eating healthy once won’t make you skinny, eating poorly once won’t make you fat.
So, watch it FYR, for fun or for trying out once- is not really that bad, right ?
