my dunya and my akhira are set.
and 2 most or the fastest positions.
that we act,we do so rapidly.
is when we get up from rukoo.
and fastly dive to sujood
and between the two sajdas.
those are the 2 fastest positions.
most of us fall into that trap.
so the dua, is what do we say between the 2 sajdas.
subhanallah very beautiful amazing dua.
taught to us by prophet peace be upon Him.of course there is a short one and there is a long one.
which one should i do? alternate.
In one rakaa you do this and in one rakaa you do the other.
so, the short one is.
rabbighfirli.
very simple ya allah forgive me.
today we gonna consecrate on the long one because.
not too many people know it.
so beautiful, if this dua is mustajab.
if allah answered this dua.

rabbighfir lee, warhamnee, wahdinee, wajburnee, waaafinée, warzuqnee, warfanee.
rabbighfir lee ya allah forgive me.
seven times.
Now we understand this dua word by word.
rabbighfir lee ya allah forgive me.
warhamnee - ya allah have mercy on me.
in this dunya and in the akhira.
i need your rahma.
wahdinee ya allah guide me.
ya allah guide me tο anything.
that pleases you.
wajburnee
ya allah fix me.
ya allah-wajburnee fix all my affairs.
ya allah fix my salat.
ya allah fix my worries.
waaafinee
ya allah cure me.
i’am very sick i’m not feeling good.
warzuqnee - ya allah blesss me with rizq.
and the last one warfanee.
and ya allah elevate me.
so, look how beautiful is this dua.
but please say it.

This is dua when we sit between the 2 sujood not in sujood position..
While sujood is the most closest position for our ruh to pray. We can pray in our heart in that position. But dont recite other language in the sujood, just do in your heart..

Saying “Rabbighfirli” once is wajib in sitting between prostrations. I have found it is recommended to say three times however I cannot find a hadith to support this. There is a hadith to support “Rabbighfirli” twice

This is the dua between two sujood:
Allahumma aghfirli warhamni waaafini wa ahdini warzuqni
May Allah accept our prayers, good intentions, forgives us for all our sins and fill each of our lives with aafiyat, contentment, rizq and all happiness.
