There's a strategy to make this easy. A melee macchiato augment makes it so that any melee kill will refill a portion of your held weapon. Upgrade your knife, it has the potential to one-tap even at round 100. Shoot zombies with launcher, then while you are holding the launcher, switch to melee and get a kill. This should refill 1 into your magazine. For elites, melee them until they are low with your pack-a-punched and high-tier knife, and then finish them off with the launcher.
I think this is the best thing bout the cod community, the undying will to make everything as easy as possible then not gatekeeping info for weeks. Bravo sir you did a great service to the world🫡

I have a tip for the elite enemies. You should definitely just Lower their health down with any other weapon and once they’re one shot use the launcher! That’s what I’m doing and it made it way easier.

@@Tsukino1011 The only problem with that is all it takes is one bullet to randomly sent them to the rift and instantly kill it. If you're trying to lower the elite's health down with a secondary gun that has the mod on, you could easily mess up getting a slither of progress in for the nebular camo
I’ve always used the Speed Cola hill road for training. If you don’t open the door to the church, you can train around the bus and the van, then walk backward up the road without worrying about getting hit from behind. After that, run left to the shed area, head down the stairs, and repeat

@@Elyas19050 exactly...if you take out zombies with the rocket you'll get elims, and when the damage starts to fall you can hit them once with a rocket then finish the crawlers with a knife, it's a thought process not a tested theory, I got my knife cameos except gold done before I saw the video and the video made me think that the knife cameos would've been easier if I turned them into crawlers with the rocket

Nearly finished the same launcher, I PAP'ed it once to keep the ammo cost low and PAP'ed the sniper on the wall to knock down the abomination to one hit it w/ the launcher and it wasn't completely dog water to do 😅
The 100 longshots per gun era of mastery camos was truly the worst. Bo6 only needs 45 for all of Dark Matter (Tsarkov, DM10, Frostline) and ive never been happier

3:10 i just finished the HE-1 in multiplayer, i kid you not, that gold camo challenge took me literally 3 hours, and i only finished it quickly because i kept matching with this one dude that would go on a 20+ streak every life in hardpoint. Oh yeah, and its blast radius in multiplayer on people too is total cheeks
i locked out of the video while i was reading and then all of a sudden i hear "re:zerO" LMAO thats my favorite anime you have no idea how long i waited for it to come out. and i had just finished eating my food and now im in bed.
Got this one gold last night, found it best to not pack a punch it past level 1 until it starts taking more than a couple of shots to kill zombies. Then double pack it, otherwise ammo becomes far too expensive at pack 3. Took me a few games to get it done. Both launchers kinda sucked, but this one was atrociously bad.
21:50 I think any equipment or weapon, that does at least one singular point of explosive damage, works on the head. I've done it with a concussion too, it works, molotov works too, as the initial burst of fire on impact, counts as an explosion, impact grenades of course work too, but only the explosion and so on. What would not work are smokes and decoys for example. While you can still do 1 point of damage with them, this damage would be damage done through a direct impact and not through an explosion. If you had too much time on your hands, you could test what would work and what would not. If you grab an insta-kill for example, you can take out a decently sized horde of zombies with the explosion of a concussion grenade. The explosion still does 1 point of damage, which is enough to kill normal, armored and heavy zombies during insta-kill. if you did the same with a smoke, the zombies would be fine, unless you directly impacted one of them
I actually had a fun time using the HE-1 compared to the LR 7.62 and GS45. All you have to do is activate rampage inducer and sit in the bowling alley and you can easily get to round 30 (THE RAMPAGE INDUCER IS REALLY IMPORTANT ITS SLOW AF WITHOUT IT)
not to say I'm proud of myself for doing it, but I'm glad I used the infinite ammo glitch to get both launchers to gold, the night before it got patched. Launchers are just so ass compared to CW, that I don't even feel bad doing it.
Good news, the other launcher has more ammo....if it's better is debatable but probably more useful. I'm starting my camo grind with SMGs, going for the C9 first, as the MP5 is my emotional support weapon, so gotta love the baby when it's in a game

Some possible tech for low round hp camo grinding, you might be able to start the sprinkler valve step in the bowling alley for infinite spawns and just perma kite/buy ammo with low hp zombies

I got the launchers finished last night. Packapunch upgraded knife is great for the elites. Have a rot modded LMG/AR for the other big thing, forget what it's called, shoots electricity out of its mouth. Then I run around in a circle with the normal zombies and use the launcher on them.
There is a rampage mode toggle next to spawn where it just makes all zombies super sprinters or sprinters I don't know all I know that zombies be running when you turn that on. 16:40

I have a tip for the abomination in the bowling lanes. When he spawns, leave the bowling alley and wait for him to spawn somewhere else, then run back and he will not bother you.
i just started doing launchers with the cigma, its now too bad for me however I am using melee machiatto to make it significantly easier. Im using the augment that reloads ammo on equiped weapon and faster melee. The benefit is that held weapon counts the dedicated melee weapon not just the punch if you pull out the melee weapon from the launcher. On the cigma a melee kill gives an extra rocket. Eventually i started using brain rot since i had pheromone augment as well to get aggro to chain kill for knife kills in the same game as well. so i got around 400 knife kills and 1500 cigma kills in a single game.
I recommend doing 2 in 1's so whatever class you got gold for spawn in with that and use it for the 30 special elims while doing the 2000 criticals for another weapon, i got all my ar's opal while getting gold for the smgs. It's pretty much guaranteed at round 31-33 you'll get the 30 specials on liberty.
BEST WAY TO GET DEADSHOT: put 7x zoom optic and foregrip that reduces idle sway on ak74 and get an from the wall buy, I promise you this makes the deadshot shooting trivially easy
I think once season 1 comes out, we can just use the new weapons and unlock opal on those, meaning we can skip the launchers entirely. because to unlock afterlife, it says unlock opal on 33 weapons
Dude I ended up doing the most of the HE-1 without pap'ing it, honestly felt like it was doing more damage, almost like the damage profiles are flipped lmao
I got nebula already it’s best to go to 20 with tools and phd no pack at all. You’ll get like 500-600 kills a run. If you save quit every round at one zombie you’ll basically get double that. It took me like 3 games to get 2k kills. The gs was the worst gun in the game for crits. Do melee for the first five rounds while doing your other guns you’ll be done as you finish your weapons.
Dire News: the Cigma is worse than the HE: It does less than half the damage, while yeah 15 shots total, it's only good if you plan to use a primary gun and pull it out during insta kill moments. So, I suggest running a primary gun from the wall with the launchers, what I'm doing. Pack once for the increase ammo on the cigma, don't bother on the HE, and just play normally until insta, sure it's slower, but you'll hate yourself less. (Or, run napalm blast and rely on napalm to kill anything not finished in the first shot since the time spent training them up would be long enough.
the cigma is so much better than the he1. it deals slightly less dmg but having a lot more ammo and more rounds in the mag, with an insane fire rate, the cigma is very fun to use

Perhaps for the 10 Elite eliminations, use a strong gun to deal with most of its health then use the weapon u getting the camo for to finish it off.

Dire News: the Cigma is worse than the HE: It does less than half the damage, while yeah 15 shots total, it's only good if you plan to use a primary gun and pull it out during insta kill moments.
So, I suggest running a primary gun from the wall with the launchers, what I'm doing. Pack once for the increase ammo on the cigma, don't bother on the HE, and just play normally until insta, sure it's slower, but you'll hate yourself less.
(Or, run napalm blast and rely on napalm to kill anything not finished in the first shot since the time spent training them up would be long enough.
I feel like the water value method in bowling alley will be beneficial for both regular and vermin kills
A tip for the sally pistol /g5 you can buy in the spawn room and only use it when you get Insta kill
the cigma is so much better than the he1. it deals slightly less dmg but having a lot more ammo and more rounds in the mag, with an insane fire rate, the cigma is very fun to use
