I'll tell you all why Dalshabet isn't winning with this song. Dalshabet has a rep for being one of those groups that never really made it in terms of winning music shows and public appeal. They're lumped in with other amazing yet underrated groups such as Nine Muses and Rainbow. K-netz seem to have tons of pity for these groups, but that's where it ends. I hate it. They talk about wishing they would do well and break their "almost made it" image but whenever they comeback, they talk down to them or just in general don't care. Why? These groups have amazing songs, beautiful members inside and out, and try their hardest every comeback. Dalshabet seems to get it the worst, at least Nine Muses is getting a solo concert this year and Rainbow has tons of individual activity. Dalshabet gets hated on more than other underrated groups for no justifiable reason, just look at any article for them and there's comments like "why even try" and what have you. Dalshabet has literally tried EVERYTHING and still doesn't get super popular. They were created by E-Tribe who composed SNSD's Gee, but have released songs with other top name composers like Shinsadong Tiger and most recently BraveSound. And as if that wasn't enough, Subin worked on every track from Joker is Alive and several songs from Naturanless. Not to mention that Serri, Woohee and former members Jiyul and Gaeun have also worked on Dalshabet songs in the past (on the Be Ambitious album). They've done the cute concept, sexy concepts, off the wall concepts. They've went through member changes yet comeback stronger than ever with this song, and they've only peaked at 84 on music charts. I guess once the internet deems you "never going to succeed", you really never succeed, even when you try your hardest and people claim to care about you. Darlings care no doubt, but all those people who pretend to feel bad for Dalshabet whilst never actively trying to help them get the recognition they deserve do not. But whatever, it's obvious that Dalshabet is not trying to please people who can't see them for what they are anymore, they are just trying to stay positive, enjoy what they do, and be the best for their established fanbase. And that's really all you can ask for at this point. And if they DO manage to win on a music show in this comeback, I will be so so so happy and proud for our girls!
+Lina Kùte They are somewhat popular. They would've been more popular, but 4-5 months after they released B.B.B. (their most popular song), Subin was involved in a roll over car accident (the van she was in got completely wrecked) and needed surgery and time to recover from her injuries. After that Woohee suffered a collapsed lung and needed time to recover. As a result, they couldn't come back with new material for 16 months. They briefly came back last year with some success and are now trying to become more popular again.
