Some people watch too much true crime stories. No one who is not guilty ever decides to remove a dead body's clothes in a attempt to exonerate from the possibility of being blamed for a crime they did not commit. The act of attempting to even remove a dead body's clothes is crazy, even in a moment of panic, it's still crazy. He is just playing with people's emotions by acting smart; quite narcissistic.

What I’m hearing him say is, he initially approached the body to check for signs of life. Upon his “investigation” found that it was indeed diseased. He then panics, thinking that after his investigation he might have left his DNA. He removes what he thought might have had his DNA and then flees fearing being implicated in something he wasn’t involved in.
      IT’S A LOT!
Our justice system has failed many innocent people and the fear of such happening to himself might have driven him to this demise. He might have been a victim of fear and panic and acted irrationally because of it.
Please hear me well, I am by no means saying he is innocent.
I pray justice is served for everyone involved…though true justice would have had this whole ordeal not happened at all😢.

He too like his son might have been overwhelmed with fear and panic hence they’d consulted a contact they knew in law enforcement for legal advice.

If he really stumbled upon it the minute he touched that rack or sack that should’ve shook him and ran for his life and got help? Who undresses a dead body and goes home/ student residency or whatever and keeps quiet for two days and not tell a soul even if it was to call his parents if he didn’t want to be involved with the authorities at first. I also don’t think people should play the race card here. The comfortability of undressing the deceased and then wears the clothing that’s disturbing but hopefully both sides get the justice deserved.

Why would he remove her clothing if he was not guilty? Common sense why remove her clothing and discarded it in a drain? If he did not commit the crime why did he not keep the clothing for the police?

In general he looks neat, communicates in English well. Not the typical Tsotsi who can barely speak English, and looks like he crawled from a gutter. Not saying he is not a punk! Just that I notice that he doesn't look like the typical thug we see in SA courts.

OMW! What is this? What ever happened to lawyers saying "Objection" when in disagreements? Also how can you ask the suspect who will be called as witnesses or if he will be calling his girl friend to testify? This is a joke! These court officials need to watch more TV about court behavior- this is ridiculous! The colleague is jumping up and down OMW! this is not a court guys! This is madness! If this is the bail hearing, I will write off the actual court proceedings! This kid has lots of attitude too and seems to be allowed to have it!
