Yes, so true. I lived in New York City, and saw it. Dont leave out the offshore derivatives whales, who sold these leveraged bonds all over the world. The British banksters were intimately involved. As soon as AGI insurance co. went bust, , they secretly sent its British CEO , (Sullivan) back to London, and let a new CEO take the blame. This was an international scheme. Who was pushing China more than HANK PAULSON? Why , the British bankers were pushing China in the early 90's.
Our government bailed these guys out with our tax dollars, none went to jail. These criminals are still doing this, and are still in government. We need to start prosecuting them and locking them up.
No wonder the world is in such a mess. Look what they caused, poverty all over . Greedy wolfs are dangerous . It's time "THEY" FALL. The system is sick.
America never recovered from the 2008 economic crash. There are still abandoned houses all over major cities from this. I believe that Barrack Obama was paid off to let Wall Street off the hook. And the money that the fed spent for bailouts was just added to the deficit.
I know! When the result of your leadership is failure, you just get a very nice severance package; if you lose your customers' money through your own avarice, then the government pays to replace the money. Without serious consequences for anything done, why stop doing it, when it's making you rich? After that ridiculous celebration dinner following the bail-out, I wished that government would have been able to somehow take back that damn money- or, at the very least, that these guys might foot the bill themselves for their tasteless little celebration. Genuine class cannot be bought!
The banking gov system is killing the people of all Countries, I'm not rich but I am debt free retired no CC bal. with savings, I feel vey luckily to foresee the system making us all slaves more forward
People that have sound morals don’t destroy other people’s lives for their own power and personal gain. But yes, there is individuals that would do that. This guy was one of them.
My missioary doctor created a cult to support this behaviour. My boy is one of 20 I counted he killed. I only got severe brain injury he cheated the hospital about to deny me help when I was out of intensive care. Utterly sickening to text about.
This is actually very frightening.... These hidden truths are astounding & to think that these monsters are still doing the same thing. What's to keep them from doing the same damn thing all over again. Sure looks like we are heading that direction now in 2023
TOO bad they didn't let the banks fail. I SAID it then and will continue to say it... THEY should have failed and not bailed out for what they created. NO love loss.
I said it then too. Let em crash, it's time we start over with a new Government. MY EXACT SENTIMENT then and now in 2023. REVOLUTION NOW works just the same. The People take it all back under the constitution... and open up the Law Books... for a rewrite
Instead of thinking about those who got away with it, Phillip Baker needs to think about the tens of millions of people who lost everything because of him, BECAUSE OF HIM, even if he was able to pay the $154 million, he will NEVER be able to restore the lives of the people he damaged. It is way too late for him to “make a difference”. He ALREADY made a difference; and it was not for the good. Why should anyone trust him again?
Something people need to say to themselves before committing a financial crime is not "lots of people do it and get away with it and get a slap on the wrist" but "how much of an impact will it have on the economy if I go to jail and my company collapses?" People at the top know that they will get away with their crimes because they know the whole world will collapse without them.
at 19:20 the video states the amount of questionable loans at $35 billion annually upwards for a period of 14 years. OK, now let's talk about the $2 TRILLION spent bombing rocks and children across the Asian continent. You could have GIVEN - not loaned - $200,000 to ten million home buyers, which at that time in many areas of the USA would have paid all or much of the home's price. Even if this amount was spread more thinly among more home buyers, the reducction mortgage payments would have been within the means of many perople who otherwise defaulted. All a moot point, of course, because America is a criminal warmongering police state, your "news" is lies, and you invite the most disgusting intrusive surveillance and illegal actions taken against you if you stand against these things.
Amazing that when they first discuss the NINJA loans they show footage of Black people walking the street. Subtle 17:52 and the dialogue goes "the idea is that you would lend money to people that gave no information about whether they had any INCOME whether they had any JOB or had any ASSETS" . Now that's how you imply something.
@@kailashbedi3404 Sad too, becuse also its the condition monetarily of the individual, not his/her race. Any one of them could do better with more. A reason in life to never allowing a drop out of sufficiency (JOB). Y git your butt right back up again and try, EVERY TIME! But the decption is dishonety, NOPE couldn't be anything good coming from deception. It usually represents someone in the background managing the situation to take yearned for advantage. The only person seeing the absolute toxicity is the one who creates it, as they can see the putfalls. But still they try to balance huge amounts above lesser ones believing it would not collapse. When absolute trust for results doesn't pull its absolute weight.
I don't remember all of it or how it happened, but before Barack Obama became President he was a Senator, and before that he was a Community Organizer. He managed to persuade his fellow lawmakers that the only reason Black people couldn't get a mortgage was racism and the lack of a down payment. Then, BAM! If you were Black and wanted to buy a house, you bought a house...regardless of whether you could afford it or not.
It never ceases to amaze me how these white collar criminals always pretend to grow a conscience after the fact, yet the victims are always the ones left to pick up the pieces and try to carry on as best as they can most of the time never being fully compensated for their losses it's just sickening.
The 2009 collapse changed everything. I cut lawns full time in Alabama and we had multiple suicides from the crash near where we cut , we lost half our customers who could not afford to pay for lawn care .
I wish that was true but life is random. Karma is something decent people believe in hoping that there's Justice in life. There isn't. Justice most often only applies to the weak and the poor.
I was a Florida Mortgage Broker It went like this. 1. Banks pay Congress to repeal Glass-Steagall 2. Banks create subprime loans for high risk.buyers 3. Banks give, I mean "create" as no $ is ever lent just created, absurd loans knowing 90% will fail 4. High Risk borrower buys house 5. House later Forecloses 6. Bank takes ownership of home they "created" a loan from air to buy 7. Bank sells loan in no bid portfolio to Blackrock, Vanguard etc. for 15% of value 8. When things later collapse Banks need bailout 9. Banks create $ to loan to the U.S.Gov't so Gov't can give same money to the Banks as a bailout 10. Taxpayers get F'kd
I see it from a different perspective, mortgages are the biggest fraud still going, mortgages charge twice even with great credit.A $500.000 cost to pay off over 30 years is $1.000.000 . The first 15 years is mostly interest and the next 15 years pays the house. The best part of the trick is the bankers never had the money ,they have a lisence to give loans, and thats a good thing for them.😂😅😎😎
People want to live beyond their means, don't do that, it's really that simple. I'm 55 and rented for years (a complete waste) I took money out of my annuity and paid a 30% penalty off the top, from MY money. Anyway bit the bullet and bought a fixer upper in cash, just wish I'd done it 30 years ago.

In about 2001 Citibank assumed my mortgage on my 350K condo which I had paid 4 months in advance to my original lender. They put it in immediate default and ruined my debt consolidation after I suffered a near fatal head blow in a work related accident. Not that anyone should care what happens to me being that we are all strangers. My fiancee walked off and left our home that took our 2 salaries to maintain so I convalesced in the front seat of a 1982 Oldsmobile Cutlass Sierra until I had to settle for pennies out of court for the injury. I put 7K down on this condo and then the original lender sold it in a Collateralized Debt Obligation to Citimortgage. No one told me, which violated the R.E.S.P.A. Laws of Real-estate. They went through with foreclosure even though I had paid for a quarter of a year while I looked for employment. I wrote my own counter motions and filed them with the courts. As you can see by this video, the courts were complicit as were the ratings agencies. I knew this in 2002. I said it in my counter motions. No one listened to me and they all got fat, rich and complacent. I called out then, A.VP Scott Scheiner, Vikram Pandit and a host of others at Citi calling them embezzling defrauders in my case file and accused the administrative law judge of complicity if he could not see the sophomoric fraud that Citi was committing. I wrote to every one and haggled over the phone with them for 16 months. Finally in March of 2003, they threw me to the concrete and steel and stole my home. I lost my health, I was permanently partially disabled, my fiancee walked off on me and I lost my career as a musical equipment tech from my injuries. I lived in the street for all but about 12 years from 2003 to 2021. I haven't be able to raise my debt to income ratio to get back on my feet and they ruined my credit score with their lies. I knew this was how they did it. No one cared to care and no one listened. Gary Foster from Citi was the only sacrificial lamb or black sheep who was incarcerated. No one else went to prison. This documentary is the rub. That no one will prosecute people because they are paid to look the other way. This house, needs to burn down to the ground and through the basement for what they did to us, (6 million Americans). I hope some day it will. th-cam.com/video/wrV_lflzLII/w-d-xo.html

These are the consequences of Nixon actions when it took the dollar off the gold. Can you really blame the other nations for not trusting the US fiat currency any longer?
"He entered the US justice system where that is very scary place to be". That is an amazing statement the reporter is making. America is a scary place all together and a lot of people would like to go there because of the strength of their currency ..
The exact same thing can be said for the student loan problem we are facing now. Universities have used it as a cash cow and egregiously raised tuition rates to extraordinary high levels for degrees that even if you do finish, provide no chance of getting the type of job needed to pay back the loan and live on and the colleges are not forced to have more skin in the game to prevent defaults. Students who graduate are left being indentured slaves to a loan system that is predatory, because if you take a deferment the interest accrues and is compounded into capital raising the amount you owe which in turn makes the interest payments higher. So you never get the principal down.
The people that make the big decisions, carry out new policies stay in the background. ( the hidden hands.) If something goes wrong, the CEO gets the blame...he is replaced and the new guy carries out the same plan...
They didn't call the loans 'subprime' home loanss. They (wall street) packaged them together and sold them to and fro calling the notes 'mortgage-back securities' and 'collateralized debt obligations' which paid higher interest rates than other investments.
The banks also stopped issuing fixed rate mortgages, and insisted these vulnerable borrowers could only get predatory VARIABLE RATE MORTGAGES. The failure was planned. Why didn't anyone go to jail???

The whole thing was , alot of people could afford original 2 year fixed rate but it would baloon into an astronomical interest rate after that 2 year fixed expired. I remember spending 4k out of pocket to refinance after that fixed rate expired or my interest rate would balloon to 13% and my payment would triple. I was fortunate to be able to get out of that sub prime but many hard working people couldn't and they couldn't pay triple either. Outside of that it was a shit ton of fraudulent loans with no oversight
What no one is saying...*who really own these banks?* I'm not talking about the name of these institutions, I'm referring to the special group of people involved - their origin and identity. These are the *Scribes* and *Pharisees* mentioned in the Bible. They are today, the same group of people from back then. They never sought to raise their consciousness, even what they went through in history. The *Ascended Masters* warned about the continued existence of these beings but no one listened. In fact, no one believed in Ascended intelligence, so nothing was done to prevent the following consequences. Nothing has changed over the past 2500 years because the masses continue to be blind followers of the leaders who are blinded by selfishness and greed. The central question remains, what is the government going to do about this situation? Keep in mind that ours is a *government of the people, for the people and by the people*- not of the elite...
With 30 % of the annual USA budget going to defence, how much of the current $31,000,000,000 national debt has been spent on wars with countries not even threatening the USA?
The opening quote is accurate for the majority of us, the little people. For those that have destroyed our lives, their putrid, child killing, existence, is going quite well. This I don't understand how their putrid existence, is not being interfered with, if, you at all, understand what I'm saying...

A lier is a lier, a thief is a thief and a criminal is a criminal. The arrogance of this thief to feel as though he should have been treated better than any other criminal. This is one of the problem and injustices of the criminal justice systems of the world. Those in positions of power think themselves to be above the law and when caught breaking the laws, and mind you laws more than likely they made laws, they still feel that they shouldn't be treated as criminal. That's not to suggest that there are not those that do get passes there are. But the point is that these types of people feel as though they're untouchables. While the poor people around the world pay the biggest price of all for what mistakes they may make and most of the time they're making these bad choices because there's truly not other alternatives. Poor people do not have many options, and in some cases no options at all, this is the reality that most poor people face each and everyday of their lives. In conclusion: a thief is a thief... Period!!!

@DG-cn9qt. Well said👍
Something people need to say to themselves before committing a financial crime is not "lots of people do it and get away with it and get a slap on the wrist" but "how much of an impact will it have on the economy if I go to jail and my company collapses?" People at the top know that they will get away with their crimes because they know the whole world will collapse without them.
Destiny 2023...
It won't though. They just want you to think that it will.
And collapse with them as if that kind of help is what is needed.
at 19:20 the video states the amount of questionable loans at $35 billion annually upwards for a period of 14 years.

Subtle 17:52 and the dialogue goes
"the idea is that you would lend money to people that gave no information about whether they had any INCOME whether they had any JOB or had any ASSETS" . Now that's how you imply something.

( the hidden hands.)
If something goes wrong, the CEO gets the blame...he is replaced and the new guy carries out the same plan...
When the men in black suits show up and say, “Come with us” you know it’s a wrap.
They didn't call the loans 'subprime' home loanss. They (wall street) packaged them together and sold them to and fro calling the notes 'mortgage-back securities' and 'collateralized debt obligations' which paid higher interest rates than other investments.
