I lost a good friend this week, a HMC/SS who was a Limited Duty Corpman. He spent several years with the Marines. Solid member of the VFW.

I'm so proud of you, love!❤ Thank you for being a voice for those that don't have one. Admitting we need help is so hard but the more we do it the more we heal. Let's normalize talking about our mental health and having each other's back when we do. Talking about our issues is not weak, it shows strength and that we're actually human... a little of what this world needs.
