Happy birthday Lillian. Proud of Ava for pushing through for her team. I love how you guys support and encourage them when they're not feeling good, while not babying them. I hope Ava feels better soon. I've been sick for couple weeks now, it sucks, not gonna stop me either though. All the teams seem to be getting better at saving stunts so it's a bobble rather than all the way to the ground more often now. First comp is so close.

get someone to spot you for a while and try to not to just keep not throwing it because then it will be a habit have a coach help you
