Today, I shared a Flipped Stencil Gatefold Card featuring the new Summer Bouquet layering stencil from the new Vintage Summer card kit. I'm sorry about the beginning of the video... I had no idea Tom hit the live button! Hahaha, I was gazing off into space for a minute looking at the cover of the Scrapbook and Cards Today Magazine cover. Oh my word... It's almost the weekend, right? I hope you enjoy this "better than horrible" card! ;)

Every time I watch a card making video, I remind myself that I have at least 1,000 stamps and dies, probably 60 embossing folders, and at least 40 stencils. I do not need to buy anything more!!!! Then I watch your tutorials, and, darn, I realize that I don’t have anything like what you are using, so creatively and beautifully. How is that even possible?

i just received this stencil and tried to make a card along with this video. I don't have all the exact ink colors but I do have some in another brand and got as close to the same colors as you used. Of course, I forgot to mask off one little spot when I as working on the berries and made a big boo boo. Oh well, I will try again. One thing I wanted to ask, is that when I made the guide with tape for the stencils, the third stencil didn't seem to line up exactly. I had to adjust the 3rd stencil in order to have the orchid color areas. Did I do something wrong? This is also where I goofed up on the berries because I didn't mask off. I guess its just going to take practice. Your card is so beautiful and I am just learning about stenciling.
