Thank you Wode Maya for all that you do! I have been to 3 different African countries, but my short time in Uganda has a special place in my heart. The Ugandan people are the kindest , most loving people I have met, and their food ? The cherry on top! The dancing that the women do is a form of somatic therapy and is perfect for people who've gone through trauma to help release it. I love everything about this foundation.

Ride for a Woman's work is commendable in that it is helping to address the social and economic challenges faced by women in that area of Uganda.
Empowering women by providing them with vocational skills training, microfinance support, and health education.
    it's really great.

This series you are doing in Uganda has been a wake up call for other African countries.
Shows that it doesn’t have to be in the capital city or cities before change can be started.
Evelyn Habase thank you for your inspiring work in empowering women who are facing domestic situations. Also, in recognising that the men need help as well. For the cycle of domestic violence to be broken.

@Suzanne Wangui My people are mostly growers of potatoes, both Irish and sweet, maize, matooke or bananas, millet, rice, cow peas, beans, sorghum, ground nuts and more.It is actually one of the most fertile soils of Uganda and our region because of being hilly is referred to as the "Switzerland of Uganda".That place is so cold most parts of the year because of our rugged terrain..We use terracing as a method of farming due to the inclination of those mountains. You should put in on your bucket list if by any chance you visit Uganda especially Lake Bunyonyi showcased in the movie Black Panther..It has nice resorts.

Wow, what an amazing video! It's so inspiring to see Africans taking control of their own narratives and showcasing the true beauty and greatness of their continent. I love the positive message and friendly approach of this channel. Keep up the awesome work!
