Good. One more item, of usage. Leaving it run, for 2 minutes with no load, AFTER USING generator, will help to KEEP RESIDUAL magnetism, in/on the rotor. Some generators, are brushed, some are brushless. Some have magnets, ( 2 ) on the rotor, brush/AVR'/head end, with a diode and 15 k ohm resistor for each, to start the power generation. Anyway, good luck, ALL (oldtech). NEVER start generators, WITH A LOAD attached !
Personally I always turn off the fuel and wait for the engine to stop so as not to leave fuel in the carburettor especially if not going to be using the generator for a while, this will prevent the fuel evaporating causing gum/varnish to form in the carburettor.
