You should demonstrate removal of the metering block and draining spout with powder in the hopper. It looks like powder would dump all over the place when you remove the metering block.
I believe if you leave an empty case on the shell holder and raise the ram it will activate the linkage. While it's in the raised position you remove the metering block and install the block to drain the powder. Have your powder container under the spout as you lower it and the powder goes directly into the container.
I may have to add this to my benches. Looks good. The Rock Chucker press is there with the Hornady A/P press.

will it work on the Dillon 750 I get so much powder leakage from the Dillon powder drop?, thanks for the video
I am sure it will. Basically if you have an empty station you could technically make it work. It’s very robust

I have two of the RCBS powder dispenser on my Dillon 550C for 9mm and 223. It greatly reduced the powder spillage.
