I personally believe that Nezuko was taught the Breath of the Sun too and has been using it whenever she was sleeping. Due to her body being stronger than a normal human she was quickly able to master, adapt, and maintain it on a greater level than even Tanjiro as displayed in her Demon Blood Arts that can only hurt DEMONS. Eventually, using the Breath of the Sun, the anti-demon method, she evolved her demon body to the point where it became SUN RESISTANT (not sun-proof as Muzan and everyone believes since it is clear in the manga that not all of her mind is functioning at 100% yet). Potentially, this means that any sane demon can use Breath of the Sun to keep their sanity, not be bloodthirsty, and become anti-demon Demonoids that can operate in the daytime.

I'm not necessarily saying you're wrong, but I doubt she does it because she wouldn't have been around at the time as Tanjiro learned it during their prayers to the Sun God. There's a theory that when Muzan went to kill the Kamado family, he knew they were connected to the Breath of the Sun, and first didn't want one of the family members to become a powerful demon slayer, and second wanted one of them to become a powerful demon themselves to help Muzan. Since Tanjiro was away at the time, Nezuko was the eldest there and Muzan must've thought she would be the "strongest" so he turned her into a demon :3

Judging by Muzan’s reaction when he first met Tanjiro, it was cleared that Muzan doesn’t know much about the Hanafuda earrings, in the other words Muzan doesn’t really have a reason to attack them. In episode 26 we found out by shape shifting a very high level demon was able to completely change his outer appearance as well as erasing his “smell”, MAYBE Muzan wasn’t the person who wiped out Tanjiro’s family, but rather the doctor himself by using the smell of Muzan, this would also explain why Nezuko is so special and why she cannot be controlled by Muzan. Muzan wasn’t even aware of the existence of Nezuko when she was so close to him.
isn't there a flashback when muzan met someone with the same "eyes" as tanjiro? in that flashback, that man has the same earings as tanjiro. judging by that man's apperance, he is most likely tanjiro's father. so there must be bad blood or something between tanjiro's father and muzan. must also be one of the reason why he sent demons to kill tanjiro and always referred to him as "person with hanafuda-earings". all of this was based on the animation. i haven't read the manga. but the animation showed that tanjiro's father or someone in their clan & muzan has some entanglement.
It’s already shown in the manga that muzan killed the doctor and regrets it afterwards knowing the blue spider lily worked but lacks some things because of it’s incompletion. Muzan has been turning people into demon to find the chosen demon, a demon whose capable of walking under the sun without being turned into ashes and that demon is nezuko. The hanafuda earrings belong to yoriichi the first breath user and one of the breath of the sun user, which is the first breath style and it was passed down to the kamado family along with the earrings. Muzan was defeated by yoriichi but failed to kill him that’s why he recognizes the earrings.

I believe your theory is true, but also since Nezuko has never consumed human flesh or blood she is a pure and uncorrupt. Her body is untainted and this allows her breath of the sun and demonic power to merge. Maybe be a "Demon of the Eclipse" and Solar and Lunar. Yes but how did she resist the urge to drink blood and eat humans? She also regained her humanity which plays a big role and she was only able to resist because she was still half human.
How does a priest or a monk attain enlightenment. Sometimes that means a life of dedicated prayer, self refection or hubble service. Nezuko might have attain a new level of demonic enlightenment other demons couldn't achieve on there own. This allowed her families power and demonic power to be able to merge.
i think it has more to do with nizuko not drinking human blood since no demon can not resist it and nezuko is an exception so she isn't cursed as the other demons are her body might not be human but her soul might be and that's why the curse is not affecting her

so the original sun breath user isn't their direct ancestor however, the Kamados ancestor that lived in that era was very close with the original sun breath user(we'll call him SunBro). I believe that in order to preserve this certain breath, SunBro must've taught this certain breath to OG Kamado because if the SunBro were to have offspring to pass the technique onto, they would be targeted by Muzan and instantly killed therefore killing any chance that anyone would have to killing Muzan. So instead of going through that trouble i would imagine SunBro would teach that to his most trusted friend but instead of telling him exactly how to do it, they probably switched up the name or some moves so that they could be better preserved. I think they covered it from being an offensive kind of breath to just a breath that would praise the "Sun God", so instead of it being a breath with different forms, they just called it a dance. Before the SunBro would die, he passed on those earrings to the kamado family as a reminder of who they are and a reminder of the key to beat Muzan. After all, he's weak to sun. Also, a little backstory and theory i've been trying to solve relating to this. Upper Demon 1, Kokushibo, is the user of Moon breathing, Moon being the opposite of the sun of course. This demon wears a kimono that has a very similar pattern to Tanjiro's. When Koku sliced up Sanemi's brother Genya, Sanemi came in and Koku had said that the demon hunter brotherhood felt nostalgic to him. So yeah this means that Koku had a demon hunter brother before he was turned into a demon. When Koku was a demon hunter his name was Michikatsu Tsugikuni. What this could mean is that maybe SunBro and Koku were actually brothers and both demon hunters. I think it's safe to assume this because the SunBro's name hasn't been revealed yet and if we look at chapter 103 of the manga, tanjiro is fighting a training dummy(based off an actual swordsman) that looks very familiar to him. Many swordsmen have trained against this dummy but to Tanjiro it looked familiar. Also this dummy had the sword the SunBro used or atleast I think it’s that same sword. It was rusted and old until Tanjiros sword smith made repairs. When tanjiro held the improved sword, it turned red and he got an inherited memory of the original swordsman that held that sword. A silhouette very similar to Koku. Tanjiro truly is the key to beat Muzan. The sword of the sun will slay him. I think we all know that but man I hope this is close to the explanation we hope to get in the future Involving their ancestry
Axel Juarez I get your explanation, and I’m very exited to see the story unfold, my personal theory is very similar to yours because tanjirou knows the breath of the sun, I think that the dance of the fire god is something that og tanjirou made up bu copying the movements and breathing techniques of the sunbro, we see zenitsu make up a new breath of lightning form so it’s no too far fetched to say that tamjirou May rediscover ( if not create) a new dance of the sun god form, tanjirou knows his red blade form is by far the strongest he has , but wouldn’t want to put nezuko in danger so it may force him to exceed the limits of the mark and gain a full fledged full face mark like upper moon one, this can be accomplished by using the other breaths like inosukes breath of the wild,or at least tanjirou being fueled on by his inherited memories and the hopes riding on him to finally grow up and understand what he must do to save everyone

I love your extensive research but you saying, “I don’t know if Tanjero and his family are directly related to the sun breathers” come on, as if they don’t have the same birth marks and hair 😑. Your theory of Nezukos bloodline for taming the Sun would be extremely logical but due to Upper Moon being the twin brother of the first sun breathers and still vulnerable to the sun negates that theory. I believe nezuko is not affected because during her entire time as a demon, she never drank one drop of human blood. Demons gain power and strength through consuming humans. Therefore the more humans you eat, the stronger or “more demon” you become. I do believe that her bloodline still has a play on her power. Nezuko managed to get stronger on her own will without eating humans meaning the essence of her power has switched from human blood dependence to mental will capacity. (Here me out) Demon slayers can obtain the strength of a demon through breathing, Nezuko has figured out how to increase her demon power without eating people which is what demons do to become stronger. She increased her demon power without submitting to demon action. Along with that theory I want to add blessings. The series has already established that there is an afterlife along with heaven and hell. Since Nezuko has never taken a human life, I believe that she is also being blessed from her ancestor to being able to walk in the sun. I could go even deeper but I think I rambled enough.
I think the Flower that Muzan is looking for is Nezuko once her powers fully awaken, the vines on her are the precursor to her eventually displaying some kind of flower power/form.

The Kamado clan actually has no blood relation with the breathe of the sun user, there is only an interaction between tanjiro's ancestors and the breath of the sun user which saved Tanjiro's ancestor from a demon and Tanjiro's ancestor offered the first breath user to allow them to inherit his power that is why tanjiro's family had been coal burners for centuries

Maybe the mother is the clue. She can't possibly be normal. Why did a family in the woods get targeted by Muzan in the first place. While Tanjiro succeeded his father Sun fire breath, Nezuko gets something from her mother. Maybe. She did hears her mother voice and activated her demon blood power.
I think it's also cool to point out that every demon Muzan creates is psychically linked to him, but Nezuko immediately broke that link without even realizing it. Nezuko has been MIA in the manga for a while now, but I hope they bring that back up and have Nezuko come back to help out.

I think nezuko, by aquiring Blood Burn she was able to burn Muzan's curse inside her, and then ultimately burned the curse that all demons have, which is the curse of being burned by the Sun
Fun fact: the middle kanji in Nezuko's name on its own means 'bean'. This might seem a bit random from a Western perspective, but in Japan roasted soybeans are used to ward off Oni (demons).
Nezuko did not accept Muzan’s blood like the other demons did that’s why she can control her body and go against Muzan. Her hatred towards him makes her even more rebellious and stronger in her own ways.
My own personal theory on why nezuko overcame her weakness against sunlight is her not consuming any human flesh or blood. It made her a somewhat incomplete demon. And her sleeping in order to regain strength instead of eating might have repressed her demon body back closer into a human body, albeit only for a small amount.

Maybe because Tanjiro and Nezuko are the descendants of that family to whom the hanafuda earrings were handed down to. The father of that family was close to the strongest demon slayer from centuries ago - - - Yoriichi Tsugikuni. It was said he was a close friend of Yoriichi and he looks a lot like Tanjiro too.
The breath of the sun user and Tanjiro both have similar scars in the exact same place. Same with Tanjiros father. This seems like a really solid theory about Tanjiro/Nezuko being decedents.

isn't there a flashback when muzan met someone with the same "eyes" as tanjiro? in that flashback, that man has the same earings as tanjiro. judging by that man's apperance, he is most likely tanjiro's father. so there must be bad blood or something between tanjiro's father and muzan. must also be one of the reason why he sent demons to kill tanjiro and always referred to him as "person with hanafuda-earings". all of this was based on the animation. i haven't read the manga. but the animation showed that tanjiro's father or someone in their clan & muzan has some entanglement.

It’s already shown in the manga that muzan killed the doctor and regrets it afterwards knowing the blue spider lily worked but lacks some things because of it’s incompletion. Muzan has been turning people into demon to find the chosen demon, a demon whose capable of walking under the sun without being turned into ashes and that demon is nezuko. The hanafuda earrings belong to yoriichi the first breath user and one of the breath of the sun user, which is the first breath style and it was passed down to the kamado family along with the earrings. Muzan was defeated by yoriichi but failed to kill him that’s why he recognizes the earrings.

I believe your theory is true, but also since Nezuko has never consumed human flesh or blood she is a pure and uncorrupt. Her body is untainted and this allows her breath of the sun and demonic power to merge. Maybe be a "Demon of the Eclipse" and Solar and Lunar. How does a priest or a monk attain enlightenment. Sometimes that means a life of dedicated prayer, self refection or hubble service. Nezuko might have attain a new level of demonic enlightenment other demons couldn't achieve on there own. This allowed her families power and demonic power to be able to merge.
i think it has more to do with nizuko not drinking human blood since no demon can not resist it and nezuko is an exception so she isn't cursed as the other demons are

so the original sun breath user isn't their direct ancestor however, the Kamados ancestor that lived in that era was very close with the original sun breath user(we'll call him SunBro). I believe that in order to preserve this certain breath, SunBro must've taught this certain breath to OG Kamado because if the SunBro were to have offspring to pass the technique onto, they would be targeted by Muzan and instantly killed therefore killing any chance that anyone would have to killing Muzan. So instead of going through that trouble i would imagine SunBro would teach that to his most trusted friend but instead of telling him exactly how to do it, they probably switched up the name or some moves so that they could be better preserved. I think they covered it from being an offensive kind of breath to just a breath that would praise the "Sun God", so instead of it being a breath with different forms, they just called it a dance. Before the SunBro would die, he passed on those earrings to the kamado family as a reminder of who they are and a reminder of the key to beat Muzan. After all, he's weak to sun.
Also, a little backstory and theory i've been trying to solve relating to this. Upper Demon 1, Kokushibo, is the user of Moon breathing, Moon being the opposite of the sun of course. This demon wears a kimono that has a very similar pattern to Tanjiro's. When Koku sliced up Sanemi's brother Genya, Sanemi came in and Koku had said that the demon hunter brotherhood felt nostalgic to him. So yeah this means that Koku had a demon hunter brother before he was turned into a demon. When Koku was a demon hunter his name was Michikatsu Tsugikuni. What this could mean is that maybe SunBro and Koku were actually brothers and both demon hunters. I think it's safe to assume this because the SunBro's name hasn't been revealed yet and if we look at chapter 103 of the manga, tanjiro is fighting a training dummy(based off an actual swordsman) that looks very familiar to him. Many swordsmen have trained against this dummy but to Tanjiro it looked familiar. Also this dummy had the sword the SunBro used or atleast I think it’s that same sword. It was rusted and old until Tanjiros sword smith made repairs. When tanjiro held the improved sword, it turned red and he got an inherited memory of the original swordsman that held that sword. A silhouette very similar to Koku. Tanjiro truly is the key to beat Muzan. The sword of the sun will slay him. I think we all know that but man I hope this is close to the explanation we hope to get in the future Involving their ancestry
Axel Juarez I get your explanation, and I’m very exited to see the story unfold, my personal theory is very similar to yours because tanjirou knows the breath of the sun, I think that the dance of the fire god is something that og tanjirou made up bu copying the movements and breathing techniques of the sunbro, we see zenitsu make up a new breath of lightning form so it’s no too far fetched to say that tamjirou May rediscover ( if not create) a new dance of the sun god form, tanjirou knows his red blade form is by far the strongest he has , but wouldn’t want to put nezuko in danger so it may force him to exceed the limits of the mark and gain a full fledged full face mark like upper moon one, this can be accomplished by using the other breaths like inosukes breath of the wild,or at least tanjirou being fueled on by his inherited memories and the hopes riding on him to finally grow up and understand what he must do to save everyone

Fun fact: the middle kanji in Nezuko's name on its own means 'bean'. This might seem a bit random from a Western perspective, but in Japan roasted soybeans are used to ward off Oni (demons).

My own personal theory on why nezuko overcame her weakness against sunlight is her not consuming any human flesh or blood. It made her a somewhat incomplete demon. And her sleeping in order to regain strength instead of eating might have repressed her demon body back closer into a human body, albeit only for a small amount.

Maybe because Tanjiro and Nezuko are the descendants of that family to whom the hanafuda earrings were handed down to. The father of that family was close to the strongest demon slayer from centuries ago - - - Yoriichi Tsugikuni. It was said he was a close friend of Yoriichi and he looks a lot like Tanjiro too.
