Major redevelopment and refurbishment of Coventry University Faculty of Arts and Humanities (FAH).
The phased redevelopment works consist of refurbishment and remodelling of the 4-storey Maurice Foss building and the construction of a new 4-storey teaching facility adjacent to the existing School of Art & Design accommodation.
Works also include refurbishment and remodelling of an existing Art & Design workshop, and full remodelling and refurbishment of the Graham Sutherland building, an existing 7-storey tower.
The campus remains live with surrounding buildings remaining occupied.
