I have always adored this song on my favourite GM album. It's such a feel-good vibe track after some pretty heavy stuff on the rest of the album. I will never tire of this track. Always makes me feel good. What a gorgeous talented soul George was.

No doubt
I just got a blast from the past... well not so long ago... a blast from 5 years ago! I became a fan of George's music when I was 10 back in 2011. In 2012 I remember using my mother's phone to hear this song on TH-cam 😀 Ahhhhh good times! This man was just amazing, such a caring, warm soul. I hope he's with his mother and Anselmo in heaven! When I die, I hope that I could finally attend one of his concerts in heaven. Rest in peace you beautiful Greek god!!! 😢👼👼💗💗

This album was a much more intellectual album compared to Faith. His best work album out of the four he produced with original material , the only reason it faired less well than it's predessor was as a result of Sony failing to market it properly. At that time he was in the middle of legal spat with Sony.
I wouldn't say better than "Faith" but different. Faith is a class album in his own rights LWP is so different and more deep and mature. Every of his albums were different from each other. Older is a classic and Patience was completly different from every work that he did before. He left us with only 4 Studio albums in a career span of 30 years. Maybe not much but I think the quality of every of the albums speaks for it selfs. I still imagine how LWP Vol. 2 could had been.

i agree. i really did not get into this album at first but later with this cowboys and angels praying for time etc this is by far the better album real George fans like it better
And also he purposely wanted to take back seat from being so heavily exposed - no music videos etc, which obviously was a vicious circle as Sony then refused to do much promotion for it themselves. And it still sold pretty well regardless.
