Is that supposed to be a marketing video or an informative video? You don't connect the links in that video. You focus on your agenda of saving the soil and say maybe a farmer will see a dollar benefit from the change in practice down the road. Farmers have to make money and justify their reasons to change a farming practice that has worked for several years. The cartoon format makes it look like you are in Fairy Land and not reality.

Hello Jay, this is an informative video meant to serve as an introduction to sustainable agriculture. SARE is a nonprofit USDA grants program that provides funding for sustainable agriculture research. If you do not like the animated format of this introductory, approachable video, you can find lots of information across the internet about the long-term financial benefits of soil health for farmers and ranchers. Thanks.

Hello Jay, as a soil science student, I enjoyed the video. It was a great introductory source for those just learning or who are curious. I think it was well made and very informative. For those with a curiosity involving soil rejuvenation, we do not want a boring, overly complicated snoozefest seminar on what a cover crop is and the nitrogen cation exchange, etc. We just want the cliff notes in a nice bite-sized colorful well-packaged format to get our feet wet on the subject. This video was just that. As for money, check out the NRDC webpage, USDA has a Pandemic Cover Crop Program that offers incentives for cover crops, and anyone with cover crop acreage can fill out their report and claim up to $5 an acre for their cover crop efforts.
