Matthew Caruso is a professional investor. He is a former market maker, university finance professor, and a past president of the Canadian Society of Technical Analysts. In addition to his Economics major, he also holds CFA and CMT designations. In 2020 Matthew returned 346% in the US Investing Championship.
In this video, Mr. Matthew Caruso along with our host Mr. Vivek Bajaj, co-founder of StockEdge and Elearnmarkets, will talk about using the Relative Strenght Strategy.

Can you please explain this ?
Example : Suppose you have invested in a stock with partial amount with no limit on capital meaning you will be adding more quantity as long as stock is in your favor. How to add quantity when the stock is going up, how to move stop loss with each tranche we add ?
Can you please explain this with example preferably calculations .

I find that for intraday forex trend trading most important relevant (Guide)trend direction is ON 15 minute, 1h and 4h charts only-- For intraday trading weekly & monthly trends do not matter much(too far removed from intraday field of activity) & can be ignored. For simplicity sake if 15 minute ,1h & 4h trends are in the same direction, you have a trade set up in the same direction (one could fine tune entry 0n 5 minute charts). In general if daily candle be in the same direction for any trade it is better but not A must.--Sir, what do you have to say?

Dear Vivek Sir, I am big fan of your RS Strategy and on top of your template I have developed my RS system in Amibroker which is more user friendly than TV. This interview has brought many more points which is real value addition to all serious traders. I saw this video twice to understand concepts explained by Mathew. Really I opening video, concepts explained in this video will help to stop running behind looser and find stock having strength. (Similar to example of horse in your Video No.31)

@@harsh8660 Almost same set up as Vivek sir but combination of 55 period with 13 period RS. In Amibroker I developed afl so that I can plot both at a time.

@@harsh8660 It is RS not RSI. 13 period is 2.5 week approx. Normally rotation happen in 2.5 weeks. tf daily.
