The Government can do less to nothing as regards housing,it’s a source of revenue for them,I mean to build house,do u know how much you have to pay for permit,approval and the rest,even rennovating ,money must enter government pocket,hence why houses are expensive this people pay a lot to the government just to build a house ,building material too is also expensive I don’t blame the landlord.
