- In this video i am, demonstrating how to bead roll triangle recessed areas into an aluminum panel, then adding a quilted pattern inside of the triangle areas. this give a really neat effect to panels that can be used for interior work, floors and other visible panel work

The apparent ease with which you did this establishes your expertise with this machine, the result is outstanding!
Many (including myself) will aspire to create such neat bead rolling results.
Wow looks amazing.👍👏🏆
Very nice bead rolling. I like that design, and it’s quite neat. I’d use it in a custom seat configuration.
Thanks man. It always looks killer on interior sheet metal
Awesome work!
New sub here, I will definitely be using this pattern. Very cool
Great video 😎
Nice louver tattoo👍
@@drainpluggarage thanks
THATS SOME NICE WORK, GONA KEEP WATCHIN..............
Cant wait to try out the new Eastwood powered machine once it gets here and start learning... This vid is WAY better than that one back in '11 btw. Nice word bud !
I need this machine! I really want to incorporate some metalworking into my furniture making hobby.
And this video gave me some great inspiration for just that. I'm thinking about a desk with quilted metal siding or something like that
badass! Just picked up my Bailegh 36" beadroll. should be a interesting tool to learn
Nice...along for the ride. Gotta play catch up now..
Thats awesome! can I buy one of these would be great for my garage .... thanks again for the video
Those are the most ridiculously over built, ginormous, bohemian bead rollers ever made. And I love that. Lol. Never know when a guy may need to bead roll some 1/2 inch plate.
Brilliant so good
Larry Sullivan thanks man 🙏
Super
Cool
wow, this blokes good!!
Nice work looks good would be great as a design for interior door panels
Why would you not use a slip roller to straighten /flat the panel?
I would imagine it will damage the bead. Check Lazze on TH-cam to see how prestretches the panel on the English wheel so it stays flat.
My question is how come no warp after the triangles and before the quilting stage. If this is 3003 h14 grade what is the gauge. Thanks
Warping is controlled by depth, pressure and tool offset. Material thickness is .063
beautifull
Perfeito
LOOKS NICE, COULD I ASK THE GAUGE OF THE METAL?
.063
@@cornfieldcustoms THANK YOU, WHAT WOULD BE THE THICKEST STEEL YOU WOULD DO THAT PATTERN?
What is the part number on the bead roller you were using in this video?
It's a 4 million dollar baileigh
