People do want a Criminality related game to play, its obvious. The demand is simple. Though I think havoc and blackout are not good competitors towards Criminality. First of all graphics, no game should be awarded a better stance on its reputation because of graphics, that should be a separate thing apart from gameplay which is the most important. All 3 games Havoc, Crim, and Blackout are basically the same. From what this guy has to say Havoc is just graphics, Blackout is broken mechanics and a similar game to Criminality, and Criminality is just the same unenjoyable game. I think Crim will survive mostly because of how well known and popular it is, judging with how there's not any "new" changes to gameplay in the 2 other games.

The crim devs doesn't make heavy updates anymore, since criminality supports mobile now and if they release a very heavy update, i think the mobile will be removed since maybe it will have more buttons to press and since crim mobile still have a issues, if you press backspace on chat, the mobile buttons will be removed and replaced with pc mode.
Yet mobile support is really important, Guts & Blackpowder had a 200 player rate a few months, but after they added mobile support they got an insane jump to 2k players.
Blackout seems to take inspiration from Dying Light, which is anything but bad. it feels very smooth and cared for, and does NOT seem like it's in early development at all.
Some people are not into new version and remaked better game, just like Mortem Metallum and Combat Warriors, some people still rather play Mortem Metallum. But yeah some people will play still Criminality, but theres not gonna be a lot of new players. Which will be great also.
Once Havok or Blackout drops im gone from Crim Rvvz is an incompetent game developer that can't fix his dumpster fire of a game and instead adds useless things like gun skin crates when the game desperately needs to be fixed and balanced

The reason why crim will never truely die is because it has a fan-base based on tf2, no matter how old, simplicity and concept just makes fun
Other reason is because criminality can run pretty well on potatoes unlike the other games mentioned in the video.
