I have a question about prospects camp from ncaa D1 teams. I went to matterhorn Ivy showcase this summer after the camp. I received tons of emails to come to their prospects camp. Is this kind of email for money, or they try to see skills, or are they sending to everyone or interested players, and is it worth it?
Often times it’s to fill a spot at their camps, and make additional money. However, that being said sometimes it is legitimate and that’s where it can benefit you to have an advisor to look into these opportunities for you, do the research on your behalf to determine if it is in fact a legitimate chance and worth attending.
NOW THAT NCAA HAS A PORTAL, IT IS BETTER.. BEFORE THE PORTAL, A BAD COACH COULD RUIN THE CAREER OF A YOUNG PLAYER BY NOT PLAYING THEM... NOW BULLY COACHES IN COLLEGE NO LONGER HAVE THAT BULLY POWER..
Hasn’t the rules changed for major junior to ncaaa
Not officially yet.
@@ahadvising8 it's official now
