Hi Sai! I’ve been a fan of your work for a few years now, you’re incredibly talented and have built an amazing brand. You might already know this but i just thought I will give you my 2 cents here : you are at a stage in business where in order for you to be able to focus on art you will have to hire someone to help you with admin. If you can’t afford this you can look into partnering with small business support organizations such as incubators that can give you the expertise and tools to take your brand to the next level revenue wise. All the luck and good fortune for you!

Cute gingham bags, but it seems you spend a lot on packaging that would cut into your profits by double packing.
I see you use FEDEX to ship out orders, but isn’t it more expensive than say, EMS?
I also live in Japan. And I’ve searched other options (used to be able to ship out international orders as small packet) but everything else is expensive.

Dear Love Soup. Your product is not like Japan as old time. In old time, Japan material use Knot bag or mosu. Now, in Indonesia, mosu bag is trend update. Use mosu bag. Next, don't be like Korea. Be Japanese. Use glue not sticker. Thats why Japan. Thanks.
