Where can I train my smoke? How to play on empty mirage map like this?

From the main menu of CS2 click Play > Practice > Select Map
On the left hand side of the select map screen you can enable infinite ammo, infinite warmup, and grenade camera to help practice nades!

@@DzahierulAliemy If you enable developer console in the game settings, you can open it and type "noclip" without quotes to be able to fly around the map.

Enable developer mode from settings. Then open console with ~ key. Next set svcheats from false to true. At last bind key “noclip”
