- Iker and Eneko Pou set their next objective in the impressive Tre Cime, Dolomity mountains, Italy.
They are facing one of the most challenging routes in the world: Panaroma with some 8c and 8c+ pitches.
Very technically and physically demanding they'll be pushed to their limits.
They meet Alex Huber who will give them some tips and support to fulfill their challenge.

Met these guys yesterday in Liverpool, really down to earth. Amazingly as fate has it I happened to be walking around Tre Cime when they were climbing it last year.
I wish this had English sub titles, but the climbing speaks for it's self!
you can see the shadow of the heli in the mist at 5:06-5:11. so cool
In those expeditions for film making purposes usually the climbers aid climb the route first to set up a line of fixed ropes for the cameraman to be at, I imagine they might have placed the draws then.
very good clmbing and climber...
@MrSTR8eigh7 You only get one reserve. Once you've deployed it. You no longer have a "reserve" your primary is cut away and lands several minutes later. Your reserve becomes your primary. It's just the feeling that sets in that you don't have anything else to go to. That's it. Sounds pretty cut and dry, but the feeling of riding down without further back up gets creepier the longer your thoughts dwell on it. lol
@minieggg1 Some have it, some don't. Ever since I was young I always wanted to climb EVERYTHING!.... and I wanted to fly. That isn't logical, yet I still feel it consistently and strongly. = )
Asturianos! Suberb!
@3Camj I'd disagree. Harder climbs are sometimes not even possible if it's too hot, bcs of lack of friction. And it especially affects sandstone climbs.
Risky stuff... he almost cut himself whilst preparing those peppers.
@minieggg1 My first time sky diving the first chute failed. I didn't panic, wasn't scared at all till I was like 150 feet from the ground and got a bit freaked cuz I knew I didn't have a reserve left.
if you didn't notice dude most of the bolts they clipped to where pitons.
@JVLigon or maybe they were filming them from a camera to get us such a sick view
Redic! Looks unnaturally cold to climb that.... trust me its like 10 times harder to climb anything when its below 50 outside
EPIC!

@apffiner that can be true if its tooooo hot... I just have trouble feeling my fingers and even moving them when its really cold out so I think it makes it harder. idk thats just me
how do they get back down?!?!
That's actually not how it works. Those "little things in the wall" are protection devices and you don't leave them in the wall and jump off. They are collected by the follower when the lead climber reaches the ends of a pitch and goes on belay. To get down you will rappel back down from a top anchor.
Huber speaks Italian in beautiful way
how the hell are those quickdraws already set in place?
how do they get down?
ANIMAL!!!!! It's not reasonable to do this. It is instinct.
isnt the guy with the long hair from am limit?
@shikamaruxb3 That's not true. They abseil down. What do you mean with 'the security system'? Abseiling down is a lot faster than climbing up... And no one climbs down, everyone abseils. And some routes (this one too, i believe) can just be walked down (different side of the mountain)
What's the song pls?
@derBUmann they jumps down without parachute. Problem?
Sick
who left this cross on the top :O !
@briansmobile1 never really had that feeling before lol, mainly because im afraid of heights :P Although i do want to go skydiving, I guess you get to a point so high when your so high its difficult to comprehend how high you are, weird :S
@ the end they have to jump down the Mountin with a parachute
@briansmobile1 wow i bet you broke a few bones there :P I think the thing that scares me most about skydiving is the thought be being permanently crippled on landing :/ a fate worse then death in my opinion. Still worth the risk, the thought of travelling at 180mph with no assistance is quite amazing... if you can face your fears and jump out a plane then you can do almost anything lol
crazy
spanish Bradley cooper*
In Europe, all of our escalators haven't jealousy.
ahahaha..funny..but it's a route you better not fall cause the pitons are not "fix" or "spit" ...the pitons are knocked in in very small slots or fissure and are not solid at all..it's
also a multi pitch 500 metres, 8c and overhanging route in high mountain at 2000 metres on the sea level and requires 3 o 4 hours approaching..
5:06 anyone notice the helicopter shadow?... maybe they ceated
@snowyywwinters look at how many hold are on this route and then look at dreamcatcher or jumbo love. You seriously don't know what your talking about, chris sharma is the best in the world because of his jumbo love accent which had a much higher difficulty grading then the Panaroma!
I would just shit my pants if i fell like that.
another red-bull commercial
@Roadsterscom in russia they jump...
O_O mfw i notice iker using slippers!
WTF INteractive transcription dsn't even work well at least for me!
@briansmobile1 i think the natural instinct would be not to do it at all :P
type in jumbo love or wheel of life bouldering and this will look amateur
and Americans come to Europe to climb
fuckin beast
in soviet russia the mountains climb you
Ha ha
