this song said “we put too much pressure on the concept of romance because we as a society lack any alternative means of intimate companionship thereby leading to an unacknowledged epidemic of loneliness” and NOBODY listened
Maan, I've been a fan of Jukebox the Ghost since 2008 and I've gotta say. I'm really happy with the band. I love their original sound, especially in songs like Victoria, Beady Eyes On the Horizon, Half Crazy, Hold It In, and Good Day. And I love the somewhat transitional sound between their old music and this new music of theirs--namely the album Safe Travels comes to mind, with tracks like Oh, Emily, Adulthood, Devils On Our Side, and Man In the Moon. And I also love their new sound with songs like this one, where basically every song just sounds delightful. I hope Jukebox the Ghost continues to see this increasing trend in popularity, and I also hope their older music can get just as popular, because regardless of when the band was creating what music, they could always produce a good bangin' song! I can't wait to see what directions they take in the future and to what degree they seek the sounds they wish to emanate. I'll always support this band for the art they have produced in the past, and the art they envision for the future, because this proves to me that they make great quality content inconsequential of the genre and the specific orientation of strong soul. Best of luck my dudes!
underrated song. I love it! I hope it gets big.
p_nut27 agreed
Well I just saw it on a semi-local TV show (B-sides on Air), so that's something, right? :)

sometimes people are so enchanted by the message they miss the meaning. It's like the other side of the coin from straight up ignoring it.
..............right
So true ...reminds me of people now thinking any two people seen together are automatically dating when they're just friends or even family
@@liviemillie6455 exactly! Just like the preconceived notion that men and women can't be friends without it becoming sexual or romantic.
This is soooooo gooooood!!! Why isn't this on the radio more often?

Those tears are too perfect
the photo and song have two VERY diffrent moods
I’m too young to be this nostalgic
Am I the only one who thinks these guys sound like Queen
You're exactly right! A lot of their songs are inspired by Queen and in October they even do a HalloQueen set where they cover a ton of their songs.
Charles Brossett nO
@@emilyslyricvideos8978 I went to one of those! Legit one the funnest little concerts I've been to. I was dressed as a cat.
No. Who do you think they are clearly influenced by? not a bad thing imho.
