Hey there Gemma! I’m so glad you came by - thank you! A patch pocket refers to an old sewing term that refers to a flat square -(ish) piece of fabric that is applied to the outside of a garment; sewn around three sides to make a pocket. So it’s the kind of pocket that is just quite simply a flat piece of paper that is glued around three sides. I usually round the bottom two corners and punch a thumb notch in the top center. Just a simple flat pocket.

truly beautiful... 2 signatures. How many sheets did you use in the 2 signatures? Size of spine? Love how you decorated with interesting interactive pages while allowing a ton of writing space. Fab usage of colors and layouts of the pages

I count all the “shorts” as papers also, because they add bulk into the sewn spine.) The spine is 1.25-inches. I’m glad you came by - thank you!

I finally found them on AliExpress (naturally). They are just a little bit different, but still the same and very expensive to buy them there. But you also get a ton of them back - 100 pieces.
