To keep my teeth white I just use the walmart brand of whitening strips, there about 20 dollars, they work very well, just in 7 days my teeth were so much brighter, I love it, my teeth are the whitest they've ever been. I definitely woukd recommend getting the wlamrt brand instead of the crest one, I think the crest one is bad for your teeth, something in the ingredients that is bad, I'm not sure, I just know the equate beauty ones work amazingly

My cousins daughter married her high school sweet heart this past Saturday. They are only about 21 years old maybe 22. So its possible for Chase and Osha to stay together if things work out. It happens to meet that young and still stay together that's what just happened with my cousins daughter. And she looked beautiful on her wedding day. She saved for her first car and got her first car while in college and graduated college early because she was only there 3 years instead of 4 years and she will be history teacher in the fall and got married on Saturday July 20th in Minnesota where they all live. And my other cousins 3 kids are 3 triplets which is 1 boy and 2 girls who will be going into their 2nd year of college.
I’m no longer in school but I still . I always forget that USA goes back to school in August and not September like Canada. Do they get out a month before as well ? Like out for summer in May not June?
dental student here! Charcoal toothpaste DOESNT actually work, it is very abrasive and will wear your enamel down fast. your enamel doesn’t grow back, so be safe guys!
I would never even think of trying any charcoal product for teeth whitening. Bleaching is also a no. I refuse to apply anything to my teeth using cotton. I'll pass on dry brushing too. The cost is too ridiculous anyways. I might, someday, join the business opportunity to sell it for the discount - depending on how much less it is. Then if I actually sell it then I'd give a discount.

ArtMax Photography Baking Soda is real abrasive and takes your enamel off. I have gargled peroxide in the past, but this stuff is way easier.
