Hey Tolu! maybe u have heard it alot and i say only from my experience ....for ur skin i recommend you change ur diet at least try fr one month no dairy, fish only and no refined sugars...maybe you already tried im not sure but i struggled with cystic acne and hair fall for 2.5yrs living in foreign country. Now i dont get them and my hair has restored (hair was diff tho: lack of vit D and the hardness of the water where i was) i pray ur skin restores permanently in Jesus Name

If you’re going to see a professional for your face I’ll advice you see a holistic one or nutritionist. Avoid toxic chemicals. I have same issue, mainly caused by hormonal imbalances and food intolerances Comes and goes. Best thing to do is clean diet. I know you have a baby now but and you wouldn’t want to change diet drastically but try eating more raw foods, less processed foods, get vitamin D from the sun, removes toxic cosmetics and cleaners in your home.
