The mother of the broodals is so easy the next game they should make her a little bit harder next time
at least give her shockwaves on her second phase and a much faster Chain Chompkins, also she wasn't in Dark Side which it would have been nice to see.
I think we won’t be seeing the broodals again, the koopalings might come back and go back to normal
While none of the invidual Broodals are identified through in-text dialogue, the only way to know their names is through the Crazy Hat guide on the Dark Side. It would have been nice had Nintendo did have captions identifying each Broodal like as was done in identifying boss characters in recent Legend of Zelda games.

When I was fighting Spewart I notice this but if he is doing the attack after you hit him you can jump on his hat to counter attack!
I do that now, I just didn't know years ago, Rango seems to be the only one you can't counter, that's where Cappy comes in, throw your Cap at him when he Bounces he'll stop eventually.

Sadly, no, the koopalings don’t even make a cameo appearance, which sucks. They have yet to show up in any 3D Mario game.

Topper sounds kinda like a girl, not much, right? Most importantly, why does he always start to panic & Harriet if their hats r off, they know Spewart & Rango never panic if their hats r off.
Probably because Topper’s and Harriet’s defense is their hats and freak out when they’re completely exposed, while Spewart and Rango are more confident in their defenses, with Spewart being big and burly and surrounded by poison, and Rango being really tall and keeping a good distance away, although Rango does panic a bit when Mario jumps off his hat.

Their hats are like their weapons, Topper really has no power other than duplicating hats and doing his belly roll. On the other hand, Hariet has her homemade bombs. So I really don’t see why she’d freak out. Spewart doesn’t freak out because he has his purple poison, so his hat is useless to him besides when he spreads out purple poison around the arena. Rango doesn’t freak out because he throws his hat at you, if he weren’t to throw them at you, he’d probably freak out.

It's mentioned in a Brochure when you visit a Post-game Kingdom, Topper is Client Relations, Harriet is Pyrotechnics, she organizes the Fireworks, Rango is the Bouncer and Spewart is the Entertainer.
