First block was a double touch I believe , off his head then he hit it back and they touched it 2 more times . 4 touches . What a match !!! Top level . Paris is going to be on fire this year .
Your observation is accurate, but it was a legal play. Multiple touches are allowed when blocking, as long as the ball bounces around and is not lifted by hand.

you can use the pause functions repeatedly and you can see that it is a one-handed block
